Campamento tranquilo en el lago "Relax, Refresh, Unwind"

Campamento tranquilo en el North End Point of Fern Lake que acaba de ser renovado. Tres habitaciones pequeñas pero pintorescas. Dos con camas de tamaño completo y una con una reina. Un maravilloso porche de tres estaciones de 32 '(** vea la nota a continuación) con futón, litera, bar y nevera que conduce a una hermosa terraza que da al lago.
Ducha a ras de suelo recién azulejada. Amplia cocina con muchos asientos en la mesa totalmente amueblados con todo lo que pueda necesitar para sus vacaciones, a excepción de los alimentos. Gas chimenea en el interior y una gran fogata en el patio. Afuera hay dos niveles planos para jugar juegos de patio. Gran terraza para tomar ese gran bronceado. Gran pesca en el muelle. También hay una mesa de picnic y una gran parrilla de gas para cocinar ese bistec perfecto al final del día.

Tenemos una pequeña área de "playa" (sin arena): el lago es perfecto para flotar, sin embargo, dependiendo de la época del año, el nivel del agua frente a nuestro campamento puede variar de 5'- 9 '. Es posible que desee llevar zapatos de agua después de todo esto es un lago en VERMONT

Juegos de jardín, un pequeño bote de pesca con motor de arrastre, kayaks, chalecos salvavidas, flotadores, leña, sillas de playa, todo en el sitio. Wi-Fi, Dish TV también están conectadas para aquellos que quieran pasar una noche tranquila poniéndose al día en sus espectáculos. Las toallas, la ropa de cama y las sábanas están limpias y frescas para que puedas usar.

Cerca de allí se encuentra un excelente lugar de pizza y helados llamado Kampersville Deli. También está cerca de mi Favorite -Paddlers Pub. El club de golf Neshobe también está cerca.

15 minutos de Middlebury, 40 minutos de Rutland, hora de la mayoría de los centros de esquí como Okemo, Middlebury snowbowl y killington

The camp has everything you need, with lots of fun activities onsite and in the neighboring town. It accommodates well for little kids. But the best part is the breathtaking view of Lake Fern.

Great experience! We used this location as “home base” when I was visiting Middlebury College for a reunion event. Location was perfect! Super quiet, clean, and had a tremendous amount of amenities- the host really thought of everything! If we had forgotten anything, we would have been all set! Easy check-in and great communication. Really couldn’t have been easier. Family had a great time hopping in the kayaks and bombing around the lake checking everything out. We don’t have younger kids but if we did, it would be a great place with lots of items available for the kiddos as well. It was also really nice to have the outdoor firepit to wind down at the end of the end of the day and simply hang out. We would definitely stay here again- no question. Highly recommend!

Excellent lakeside camp

The camp was exactly what I expected and Tammie was very responsive to any/all questions. We used the property as home base for family weekend at Middlebury. It was very convenient, and positioned well between Middlebury and Brandon. I hope to get up there again to enjoy the camp and the lake again soon.

Perfect lake retreat

Such a nice quiet spot! The camp was very well appointed; lots of pots and pans, linens, toys for the kids, etc. And the lake was lovely! We hope we get a chance to come back!

Great spot on Fern Lake!

Great spot right on Fern Lake, peaceful with everything you need. Lots of toys, books, and games for children. Lots of kayaks for everyone to go out on the water together! Great communication from the host. We had a lovely time, thank you!

Private lake house escape

Perfect, private, we’ll stocked lake house retreat. The lake is quiet, the house and amenities are very thoughtful (including fixings for making s’mores), fully stocked kitchen, playground for kids, outside fire pit with wood supply. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Kayaking on the lake was so relaxing, and Tammy was communicative and available by text or phone.

Peaceful and Quaint Getaway with

The owners are very thoughtful and this is a lovely home on a nice little lake. The cottage's location on the water in a semi-secluded cove adds to the peace and quiet. They have lots of toys and games for adults and kids, and the fire pit is a perfect place to relax at the end of a fun day at Camp Run-A-Muck. We loved our stay and would definitely go back!

Relaxing Vermont Getaway

Our stay at Camp Runamuck was just what the doctor ordered - relaxing and stress-free! We knew the location was going to be great based on photos, but it was even more gorgeous in person. The Lake is very private, and the cottage sits in a small cove that keeps it somewhat sheltered. We enjoyed daily kayak rides, and the kids loved the floating mat and water toys. The cottage itself was clean and inviting, with plenty of room for our party of 5 (and then some). Beds were very comfortable and each room had AC. The hosts left treats for us to enjoy, as well as pantry items and linens. Their hospitality went above and beyond. We will definitely come back again!

Great holiday weekend!

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend with our 3 young children, my brother and is wife and their baby. The house was so clean and comfortable. We felt right at home! Tammie was wonderful and made sure we arrived safely and had what we needed. The lake is so clean and peaceful. The weather was a little too cool to swim but we still were out on the water using the kayaks that Tammie was so kind as to let us use! We will definitely be going back!

Perfect Birthday Getaway

Beautiful and relaxing!

My husband and I just returned home after a week at this amazing place. It is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated but very welcoming and comfortable. Tammie is an amazing host! She has thought of everything you could possibly need - including things you may have forgotten. The outdoor space is incredible with plenty of places to lounge and relax, including a wonderful fire pit area. Our host generously offered the use of their small motor boat, kayaks and floats of which we took full advantage of and thoroughly enjoyed! And even though the weather was rainy on several days there was still plenty of things to do in the area and lots of great places to eat. We really enjoyed our time and hope to return again next year!

Peaceful,relaxing vacation on a quiet lake.

This a camp but with all the modern conveniences. It's a quiet,peaceful place to read,nap,kayak,fish,eat,drink and nap some more. The owner answers her emails almost immediately and is very accommodating.I would recommend a stay here for anyone.

Perfect Spot, Wonderful Hosts

Thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend here. Plenty of space outdoors for entertaining, with fun activities such as lawn games, kayaks, and a fire pit. The owners are also very accommodating, and provided plenty of amenities to make us feel at home.

Fern Lake Cottage

Beautiful cottage nestled in the woods on the edge of Fern Lake. It was the perfect place for 4 lifelong friends to meet up and come together for a much needed visit. The cottage is well stocked with everything you could ever want or need. Sleep came easily! Tammie was wonderful. Can't wait to return for a summer visit.
