Hunter is a 2 BR 1BA sleeps 4 in the heart of Downtown Cary. Our cottage is in downtown Cary walking distance to restaurants, shops, culture, centers, theater, parks, and much much more. This is a detachable on a corner lot with the wrap-around deck, in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The cottage features a remodeled bright lit kitchen, an eat in area, separated living room with a study table+chair for WAH, utility area, wrap around deck, and a private fence in backyard.

Built in 1927, this cozy 2BR/1BA cottage blends vintage charm with modern comfort. Once home to Dr. J.P. Hunter, Cary’s first physician, it features hardwood floors, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, washer/dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a short walk to Downtown Cary and the historic district.
