3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Easy Access Overlooking Pools

Sanctuary at Redfish is located south of 30A near Hwy. 83 on one of the most beautiful 14 acres on the Emerald Coast. The amenities of this gated community, which consists of only 64 units, includes a huge pool complex with four large pools (one heated, one zero entry and one adults only) and two hot tubs interconnected with beautiful landscaping and waterfalls. The amenities also include a large stone fire-pit, top of the line barbecue grills, a lakeside dock ( on 16 acre Big Redfish Lake) with a private boat which ferries you to the beach on demand, canoes and kayaks, underground parking and a full equipped exercise room with weight and cardio machines. Beach chair rentals are available at your private beach. We do provide 2 bicycles and beach service which includes 2 beach chairs and one umbrella. We also have an accumulation of beach toys, chairs, floats, etc. that you are welcome to use.

This spacious, comfortable and beautiful condominium has a deluxe king master suite, an additional king suite and a third bedroom with two twins. Each bedroom is equipped with it's own full bath. There is a powder room and a separate laundry room off the beautiful hall entry. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is a breakfast bar with four barstools on the kitchen island. There is a formal dining table that seats six. The large greatroom has a gas log fireplace, a 55' LED Smart TV with HD/DVR and a beautiful view of the pool area. Each bedroom as well as the kitchen have additional TV/DVD's. There is a 400 sq. ft. covered balcony with seating for 10. This condo has 10 ft. ceilings with Travertine floors in bathrooms, hallways and kitchen. The greatroom and bedrooms are carpeted. It's decorated with custom drapes and bedding, and each bed has the very best of mattresses. There is free WIFI and AT&T microcell. Sanctuary at Redfish is on the 18 mile bike/walk/run path that runs the lentgh of Hwy. 30A. Right outside our gated entry and a walk over Big Redfish Lake is the Blue Mtn. Creamery and the public beach access. Grayton Beach with it's famous 'Red Bar' is 2 miles in the other direction. Another 3 miles and you are at Water Color and Seaside. We love going up and down 30A for dining, shopping and sight seeing, and then have the priviledge of returning to our 'Sanctuary' for seclusion and privacy. It's really hard to describe unless you have experienced it! Our unit is located on the first floor just at the first covered entry for easy unpacking and grocery delivery. There is underground parking as well.

There is also a conference room and business center. The well equipped exercise room has his and her bathrooms, shower and locker areas. There is individual storage areas for beach toys and bikes.

Beach access is provided by our water taxi that takes you across the lake to the beach. A beach set up is provided.

The space:

Our 3 bedroom 3 and half bathroom condo is professionally decorated. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has a queen size bed and the kid's room has two twin beds. The ceilings are 10 feet. Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked.

Guest access:

You will be renting the entire condo. I have a keyless entry system for easy check-in and access for everyone in your group. You will be provided with code to the security gate at entrance.

The neighborhood:

The Beaches of South Walton is a unique area. There are many areas where you can walk around to shops, restaurants, and art galleries(Seaside, Rosemary, Water Color etc.) Bike paths stretch the entire length of 30-A. Parks and golf courses are nearby.

Getting around:

A car is best for getting around to go out to dinner or grocery store. A bike is great to see the area and go have lunch.

Our favorite restaurant in walking distance is Trebeache. The Vue is also wonderful for finer dining and wonderful ocean views.

Quiet Oasis

We've stayed in several "beach" condos, and this one is the tops. The condo is huge, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The owners have thought of everything! And they are so easy to work with!!! The resort is a gorgeous retreat with it's pools and private lake. The pool area is really beautiful, and the pretty, quiet beach is just a short boat ride (or walk) away. You will feel like it's your own private beach, not crowded at all. Captain Bob is always ready to sail you over to the beach, and he will tell you all you want to know about the area.

This was by far my best vacation on the beach!! The condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with all kitchen gadgets that you could ever need!!! The beds were extremely comfortable and plush. The place was beautifully decorated and a very soothing atmosphere. The beach and the water was perfect for families and adults who just want to relax!! The boat ride to the beach was awesome!! Liked herring all the interesting stories about the area! I would highly recommend this condo!!!

Condo was beautifully furnished and well stocked for our every need. We shared with another family and had plenty of room. We particularly loved getting up every morning and relaxing on the balcony that overlooked the pool with a cup a coffee. And Captain Bob is always a delight....nothing like door to door service in getting to the beach! I highly recommend this condo!

Ready for R&R?

My wife and friend normally get together every year in Destin. Right on the beach and within the crowds. I was surprised they agreed to try something different, and they were delighted with the results. First off, the condo is spacious and comfortable. How can you go wrong with 3-1/2 baths? The balcony is large with plenty of table for all to eat outdoors. We grilled on the common area grills two evenings. They were clean and worked excellently. Covered parking was also a plus. It was great to get into the car when heading out for the evening and not feel like getting into an oven. Another amazing thing was the master bedroom bed. That mattress was the best! I found the tag so that I could shop for one when I arrived home.

As you can see, the property is not directly on the beach, however we all enjoyed our pontoon boat rides out to the beach. Never had to wait, just call and they are ready for you by the time you arrive at the dock. When you get to the beach you realize there's not public access nearby. Plenty of privacy.

If you do want to travel to Destin, the outlet malls are no more than 20 minutes away. Of course out wifes wanted time at the outlet mall, but they spent most of their time visiting the quaint shops of 30A. We had great meals at Great Souther Cafe in Seaside, Chanticleer Eatery off 283 and 30A, and of course a couple of trips to Donut Hole.

For something out of the ordinary, you may want consider a paddle trip. We took kayaks out of Econfina Canoe Livery and paddled approximately 5 miles to our pick-up. There are several springs along the route, however don't miss Gainer Springs #3. You can spend several hours here enjoying the cool crystal clear waters. Great for snorkeling for there is a good deal of aquatic life to see. Huge tadpoles can be seen.

The only thing I missed was a clear view of the Gulf. If only there was a way to have the convenience of ground floor with a third floor view. But the view we did have was very nice. No complaints.

This condo was perfect! It was super clean, well stocked with high quality kitchen equipment, very comfortable with beautiful furnishings, spacious, and had great location within the complex (convenient to elevators, great view of pools, and easy access to amenities). Working with the owner was so simple...she was quick to respond and very welcoming. She provided more than enough information to enjoy the area and make ourselves at home. Our family loved our week there and didn't want to leave...but we will return!

My family and I stayed at this condo at the beginning of this summer and it was amazing... The condo was beautiful and had everything needed to make for a perfect stay! The views out the balcony were gorgeous and it was private yet easily accessible. The on site staff were so precious and helpful. Captain Bob is the perfect laid back driver to and from the beach. My family absolutely loved him. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again!!

Our location is just east of where Hwy 83 and Hwy 30A intersect. There is an 18 mile paved bike trail outside the main gate. It's a half mile ride/walk to the Blue Mountain Creamery and Redfish Village. It's a 4 mile bike ride to Watercolor and Seaside. It's a 2.5 mile ride to Gulf Place.
