Welcome to your Clovis getaway! This modern single-story home (built in 2021) sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and offers comfort, privacy, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept layout that blends style with convenience. The spacious living room has an 80” Smart TV, cozy couch and loveseat, a work desk, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, bar seating, making it easy to cook or snack anytime.

Make sure side gate if used is closed and locked. We have young children on the block. Access to pool needs to be secure at all times 24/7

• No running on pool deck • Please observe quiet hours outdoors (8 PM – 8 AM) Please turn off lights, appliances, and AC when leaving the home
