The Almon House apartment is the top floor of a historic 1884 home in downtown Moscow. This stylish apartment offers comfort and convenience during your stay in Moscow!

* 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, full sleeper sofa

* Bathroom with tub

* Kitchen filled with dishes, cookware, and utensils

* Relaxing living space with high ceilings and windows with views of Moscow

* A short walk to a variety of restaurants and shops



Features of The Almon House:

Located within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and shops downtown! A short walk to University of Idaho (approximately 10-15 minute walk) and downtown Moscow . 15 minute drive to Washington State University.

This home is designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable stay for 2-6 guests with several sleeping options, a full bathroom with tub, places to relax, and a cozy dining room and kitchen.

Bedroom 1: King bed with closet, extra seating, and plenty of clothing storage.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with closet and personal workspace. The washer and dryer are also in this room.

Additional sleeping option: the couch is a full sleeper sofa and we will provide extra bedding and pillows for it if there are more than 4 guests!

The beds all have plenty of pillows and high quality linens and bedding to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Plenty of large, plush towels are available for each guest.

Kitchen and dining area: This warm, inviting space has a variety of dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils available for your cooking needs. There is also a microwave, toaster, and several coffee making options.

Living room: With plenty of blankets and pillows available as well as several windows for natural light and views of Moscow, this is a perfect place to relax and read, enjoy some TV, and visit.

Stairs! Please note that due to this apartment being the third story of this historic home, there are a fair number of stairs one must go up and down.

A smartlock with your own personalized code ensures you are the only one able to access the apartment during your stay.

We loved the apartment. It was very nicely appointed and very clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to downtown and the University. We walked everywhere. There are four other apartments in the building but it was very quiet and we felt like we had the whole place. Would rent this again.

Beautiful top flat in historic home. Just lovely. The most comfortable king bed I’ve ever slept on, in the master. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for our family of four. Will be back!

Our hostess was amazing and very quick to communicate when we had questions. We loved the historic feel of the apartment, yet is was very up to date a on the inside. I loved how close it was to the University and Main street. It was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a unique stay in Moscow.

Loved the location of the house! So many awesome places to check out that are close by. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away but the house sits on a quiet residential street.

We were in town for college tours. The location is excellent. So easy to walk downtown or to the U of I campus. The space was great for us (two adults and 1 teenager). The furnishings were perfect, linens soft and plentiful, there were even throw blankets. The space is very clean and the kitchen and bathroom updates are beautiful. There is a coffee and tea station that is well stocked. Though we didn’t cook, the kitchen looked like it had everything needed. The host clearly went the extra mile to ensure guests comfort. We will definitely stay again when we revisit Moscow.

This was a super fun historical home. I love history and was exciting to be a part of it for a couple of days. It was super easy to walk downtown. We felt safe in this cozy little down and neighborhood. My daughter is thinking of attending University of Idaho and we will likely choose here to stay again.

Really great location, close to shops, dining, and the Saturday market. Rental was decorated really nice and had all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
