Enjoy a private getaway in the beautiful hills Studio City! Only minutes from Universal Studios, Hollywood, and more. Walk to CBS Studios, and some of the best shops, cafes and restaurants on Ventura Boulevard. Walkable to the famous Fryman Canyon Park hiking area and if you happen to be staying on a Sunday you can visit the famous Studio City farmers market.
Private porch for your morning coffee enjoy the view of the city through the beautiful live oak trees and listen to the beautiful sounds of nature around you. With a beautiful private yard and large outdoor dining area you can look at the mountains and overlook the valley. With soft outdoor lighting you can dine at sunset and relax while watching the city lights come on.
Our one private bedroom with an oversized walk-in closet includes a queen bed, large picture window with beautiful views (blackout curtains) in case you want to sleep in and its own TV. Spacious living room with a sectional that pulls out into a queen sized bed with actual mattress. You can also use the extra queen air mattress in the living area. Also in the living room is a fun dining area. Enjoy a nice meal or play games. A newly furnished full size kitchen awaits. We have a large bathroom with two sinks, newly tiled bathtub shower combo, with a convenient brand new all in one washer and dryer. Decorated and designed to be comfortable yet inspired by the creativity of Los Angeles and its history.
We are in the heart of the entertainment industry, and you can feel the creative vibes that this area is so special and famous for. This is a 3 level house, you’ll have the whole first level to yourself, with NO shared spaces and complete privacy. We live upstairs however, if anything arises, we won’t be too too far away!

This may well be the nicest VRBO that we’ve ever stayed in! The thoughtful details from linens, extra bedding, lighting, kitchen appointments, cozy decor, books…the list goes on made for a wonderful stay! The host’s communication was excellent and all house rules/info were readily available. Thanks for making our visit to LA so comfortable and restful. Hope to be back in the future!

We had such a fantastic stay at Tiff and Mica’s apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The space itself is incredibly spacious - much larger than we expected - with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It felt open, airy, and thoughtfully laid out, with great facilities like the kitchen, spacious bathroom and outdoor decking area. Location is perfect too - nice and tranquil whilst being just steps away from the bustle and facilities of Ventura Blvd. What really made this stay special were the small finishes and thoughtful details throughout the apartment. From the quality furnishings and super comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen and little touches (cool artwork) that made everything feel considered, it was clear Tiff and Mica genuinely care about the guest experience. Such a cute touch with a personalised welcome note too. Overall, this was a brilliant choice for our time in LA - spacious, stylish, perfectly located, and full of thoughtful details!

We traveled for years from east to west coast for the entertainment industry and feeling comfortable, convenient and safe was always on the top of our list. We pride ourselves on making people feel as comfortable as possible. We want our guest to get the best experience possible no matter what brings you to our area!! We live on the top 2 levels of our 3 story home and our guest get the full 1st level. We love our home and neighborhood and are happy to share our home in the hills and trees of Studio City!!

We love the convenience of our home and neighborhood. We have a unique location which is very walkable to restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, hiking, studios,
yet tucked up the hill in a little forest of coastal live oak trees. Great place to relax with a beautiful Mountain View and watch the lights of the valley come to life after dark.
