Less than two miles from public beach access, this bright and open two-bedroom home is going to make for a wonderful vacation! Step inside to kick your shoes off after a day at the beach. You'll love spreading out over the comfy sofa to stream your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. Off the living room, the furnished patio is a great place to entertain your dinner guests while the kids romp around the enclosed backyard. The full kitchen includes all the granite counter space and appliances the group chef will need to prepare a delicious meal to serve at the dining table with seating for six. You'll have a laundry room available right off the kitchen, so everyone can look their best during your stay, and the central AC will keep everything nice and cool on those hot summer evenings. When evening falls, take advantage of the two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own private balcony and en-suite bath. Nice Villa but was not too clean. Had to wash sheets for the bunk room before sleeping on them. The bathroom was not very clean. I would recommend a better cleaning service and better grounds keeper. Could not access the patio due to an old fallen tree limb. Besides the few things with the villa the resort and amenities it has to offer is good. The other areas and places to stay in the resort are very well kept up.

Great Rental Property

This was a great property! Pool basically in your backyard, quick and beautiful walking path to the beach access, felt safe, had quick communication with host... All in all, a great rental space!

Long weekend with family

Location was a short drive to beach, golf, and restaurants. Very comfortable home with more than just the basic supplies! The double bunks work well, but if any in your party need a different space the living room couches are spacious and comfortable! We enjoyed our time here very much.

Family Beach Vacation

Very nice condo for a family vacation. Responsive property manager - allowed for early check-in. The condo is fully stocked with things your family may need for a breach week - boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, beach tent/umbrella, pool noodles, board games, books, etc. I would say the living spaces are pretty small and can be a little cramped - just plan to spend most of your time at the beach or pool! And note that this condo does not have a marsh view like others in the complex. However, we had a great week and it was definitely a great value. Thanks for hosting us!
