Great place for a family getaway. We had our grandkids with us and they thoroughly enjoyed the basement full of toys. Convenient to many attractions in the Buffalo area!

Thank you so much, Kevin! It was such a pleasure hosting you and your family! 😊 We're especially delighted that your grandkids enjoyed the games and toys in the basement. Creating a welcoming space where families can relax, have fun, and make wonderful memories is exactly what we strive for! We're also glad you enjoyed our convenient location, with easy access to Niagara Falls, downtown Buffalo, the University at Buffalo, and all the great shopping, dining, and family attractions the area has to offer. We'd love to welcome you and your family back anytime! Go Bills! 💙❤️🏈

Outstanding!!! The place, the process and especially the owner “Dee” were simply Outstanding; I can honestly say my best experience since I started using VRBO and I’ve been using them for at least 3 years.

This VRBO was above and beyond expectations. The host (Dee) consistently checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. The house was very clean, spacious and in a great neighborhood close to everything. My family had a great time, and I look forward to renting this house again!

We booked this house for a family wedding weekend, and it lived up to everything listed in the description! The location was very convenient, and the neighborhood was beautiful. The back patio overlooking the lake is where we spent most of our time. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were comfortable the whole trip. Would highly recommend, and would book again in a heartbeat!

Thank you so much for your kind review! 😊 We're thrilled that our home was a great fit for your family's wedding weekend. 💍💕 We're so glad you enjoyed the lakeside patio... it's one of our favorite spots too! 🌅 The lake views and sunsets create the perfect backdrop for relaxing, gathering with family, and making special memories together. We also love that our location offers the best of both worlds... a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood 🏡 while still being conveniently close to Buffalo attractions, the University at Buffalo, Niagara Falls 🏞️, shopping, and dining. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we're delighted that you found the home comfortable and well-suited for your stay. We hope you also had a chance to enjoy some of the other amenities, including the spacious backyard , fire pit , game area 🎯, and fully equipped chef's kitchen 🍽️☕. Thank you again for choosing our home for such a special occasion. ❤️ We'd be honored to welcome you back anytime you're visiting the Buffalo area! 😊
