Convenient stay to come or go from the airport. Essentially a house equivalent to a hotel stay. No frills, pretty lacking in any amenities, upkeep like a hotel so pretty clean but not the best, wear and tear/age of property is showing and could use updates. Definitely seems like a no-frills investment firm rental. But, that all being said, there’s no checkout cleanup list which is a breath of fresh air from the current state of short term rentals that have gotten ridiculous when you’re already paying a large cleaning fee and are then still expected to clean for the cleaners….Nice spot for business travel or a stopover on your way in or out of Colorado for a night or two before flying out for a vacay with a larger group.

A welcome book would have been nice. We had trouble using the oven, the TV downstairs and opening windows also getting the showers to work. But it was awesome times! So comfortable and beautiful.

The house is incredible! Such a great value for the amount of space, located in a beautiful area with easy access to the airport and highways. Checking in and out was a breeze! David was super attentive and fast to respond. A perfect fit for a family a 5! We didn’t want to leave

Our stay was disappointing, and we would not choose to stay here again. The house needs a thorough deep cleaning, not just a surface cleaning. Doors and baseboards were noticeably dirty and dusty, and the bathroom throw rugs were unclean. There was also an unusual odor throughout the house that the plug-in air fresheners seemed to mask rather than resolve.Several maintenance issues need attention, including very rusty sinks, broken bedside lamp switches, broken blind slats in multiple rooms, and rubber trim hanging down from the dishwasher. The refrigerator water dispenser did not work, and no filtered water pitcher was provided. We could only find two washcloths.The house was not well equipped for travelers. Basic supplies such as dish soap, tissues, and paper towels were missing, and there were very few utensils. A tree near the parking area needs trimming, as its branches scraped the roof of our vehicle.Communication was okay, but we had to ask for the check-in information and property address. There were also no checkout instructions regarding towels, linens, stripping beds, or garbage disposal.We understand that rentals experience normal wear and tear, but the combination of cleanliness concerns, needed repairs, and missing basic necessities affected our stay. More attention to cleaning, maintenance, and guest preparation would greatly improve the experience for future visitors.

This stay was perfect for us. The upstairs den let my adult son and I enjoy time together and have space of our own for evening hours. Clean and comfortable with no surprises. We enjoyed the kitchen for breakfast saving us money and endless food choices nearby for later meals. With Sprouts grocery a few blocks away we had everything we needed. Our host was available if needed and even made a few restaurant suggestions upon request. Quiet evenings on the back deck made great conversations for my boy and I. Super nice neighbor next door and a cute little pet bunny on the other side. Looking forward to staying there again soon as a family reunion is coming up soon.

Unfortunately, this property did not match the condition shown in the listing photos. The home appeared much older and significantly more worn than expected. The carpets had noticeable stains, the carpet on the stairs had not been vacuumed, there was rust in the sink, soap dispensers were empty upon arrival, and there was leftover food still in the refrigerator.On a positive, the bedding was clean, the beds were comfortable, a good amount of toilet paper to get us started, and the towels were freshly washed. The check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Check-in was a breeze. The house was spacious and newly renovated, very roomy for a family of 4-6, safe and quiet neighborhood, everything is according to listing. Would stay again when in town. Thank you for have the place available. FYI-this area is a dead zone for ATT.

Plenty of room for our family of 4 however it was lacking some of the essentials. We didnt have any hand soap in the master bathroom, no paper towels, no binder about the property. We had no clue how to start the fireplace or if it even worked. Just seemed like a work in progress kind of rental. Nice place with lots of potential.

The host David was great and very responsive. However, the house was not as pictures made it to be. The house is worn down and not super clean. The stairs carpet and upstairs carpet was nasty and looked as if it had not been vacuumed in a long time and stains all over. The kitchen was lacking basic items like cookie sheets and Tupperware. The fridge and pantry was not cleaned out when we arrived and previous guests used food was in there. Overall for the price it was fine but I would not rent again.
