We had a great time house slept us all very comfortably. Great distance from the beach to pop back and forth. We did a rate it a 5 star and would stay again. We did wish there were more towels to have as many people as we did staying I would have liked to see more towels and not be using the same two towels all week. The sheets could use an upgrade as well they were rough. The place stayed nice and cool but if you need extra bedding because your cold bring it. There was really no extra blankets or pillows.

Overall it was nice! Kitchen had everything you need. Lots of towels in bathroom. Comfy living room couch. Large dining table -seats 8. Two car garage. 5 minute walk to beach. Great management.

Perfect for our family

We stayed with our three grown children that met us in Newport Beach. The house is exactly as described. (Including the construction next door... that was not a big deal at all). There we ample towels and other amenities. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. The only item that we needed help with was the garage door, and they handled it in less than an hour. The location was great and we quickly realized just how much everything was within walking distance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house as a family gathering to spend Christmas together. The house itself was perfect layout for 6 adults and 1 toddler and a baby. We really enjoyed the convent location as it was walking distance to the beach, a park and stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the different levels especially the rooftop. However when we arrive the outdoor courtyard area had a pile of beach toy and chairs which were full and sand and an unorganized mess which the patios looked like they had not been swept or blown. Also, the floors of the entire house were dirty as our sock and our toddler and crawling baby’s feet and hands were filthy after time spent on the floors. There was sand on the lower bathroom floors and the master bath tub prior to our use. When you read the check out list the property management states to leave the toys clean and put back in place and do not leave sand on floors or tubs. Management has been notified. I just wonder what our cleaning fee covers?

Great location and fabulous house

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's one block from the beach and close to shops /restaurants etc. The house had everything we needed and was great for our family of 6. The rooftop with a view was a plus! I would highly recommend a stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful inside and out. Service was great before and during. Location couldn't be better, we could walk everywhere. We had a few issues with locks but they didn't interfere with our safety and although the property management offered to come we chose not to have them come due to Covid.We do wish the house had more beach chairs. For a house that sleeps 8, 3 chairs seems quite minimal.We are loyal Marriott Titanium customers. We have never used the Villa program but have used many Airbnb and VRBO properties. We were quite disappointed to see the checkout rules. When on vacation the last thing we want to do is strip beds, remove towels, load the dishwasher one last time and empty garbages. Isn't this part of the service we are paying for? Airbnb and VRBO never ask you to do that.

Excellent Property

This was our THIRD annual stay on this property. It is showing a little wear and tear as would be expected from constant renters, but it is still an amazing place! Sometimes there is a little noise on Balboa BLVD from cars at night, but never an issue for us.

I have communicated the issues with the TV system that needs to be addressed. The exterior landscaping needs to be addressed also. For longer stays, the owner should provide a cordless vacuum cleaner to do the floors each day.

New and great for groups of 10. Near the beach!

The property is modern and new. The kitchen works well and there are lots of places to relax. Its location is on a main street so we can hear the cars sometimes but its also a block away from the beach so that is a plus.!

Beautiful Home for Family Getaway

A great home for a family vacation, very spacious and comfortable, no fighting for a bathroom. Clean and minutes from the beach (bring your beach towels none are provided). Only the roof top has a view of the beach and a great place to enjoy time the evening. No cable TV in the bedrooms and the property management was only available by email/text on the weekends and were not able to resolve my cable questions, they are very pleasant to work with.
