At the end of the boardwalk, easy access for walks, jogs, bike rides, and swim and beach activities. One block from shops, restaurants, stores. Full baths on both floors, dual control a/c. Fully furnished. WiFi, Cable, Utilities included.

Wow! What a beautiful home in a perfect location on the beach block The description and photos do not do it justice. Plenty of room for the whole family to spend time together and have space to spread out. Eric was a wonderful host, very responsive and went above and beyond.

Lovely Home Close to the Beach!

We were delighted to stay in this property! It was even closer to the beach than we anticipated and the second floor deck with ocean view was the icing on the cake. The owner was friendly and responsive. We plan on returning! Thanks for a lovely stay. :o)

Large Victorian house

Large Victorian house with 1 bedroom and full bath on the main floor and 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms go out onto a deck where we ate most of our meals except dinner. It is located on a beautiful street. It’s beach block and the beach is very nice. The host was amazing. I would say everything was perfect! I would definitely come back next summer.

Great beach house!

What a great beach house! The house is exceptionally clean and comfortable and easily accommodates nine people including four children under the age of five. Great location close to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and some toys for kids. We grilled every night! Eric was a great host -- quick to answer emails. We definitely plan to stay again!

Perfect location for a family beach getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Eric was a tremendous host and was super easy to work with throughout the process. The house itself is in a great location on the border of Ventnor & Margate. Easy access to the beach (beach block!) and other shops & restaurants. Plenty of activities nearby. The second floor balcony has a terrific view of the ocean and was a perfect spot for cocktails, meals, and games. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location and great management

This property was perfect for my family vacation. So close to the beach made toting things a lot easier. The owner was very accommodating which added to our enjoyment of the property. Kitchen was well stocked and some basic ammenities (tp and cleaning supplies)were included. Don't forget your linens, though. If I had the need, I would definitely rent this property again. Thanks!

So perfect!

We absolutely loved staying here this past August for our family vacation at the beach! The location could not be more perfect! The house is on beach block, so there are no roads to cross to get to the beach. We could send our kids back and forth on their own safely. We loved taking morning walks and bike rides on the Ventnor Boardwalk which is literally steps away from the house! The house itself is very charming and has lots of beds for a big group as well as ample space downstairs to hang out. We were very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals during our week. We are looking forward to renting again next summer!
