With amenities like central AC/heating and a washer/dryer, you will feel super comfortable during your stay. The bathroom includes a shower, linens, soaps, paper products, and a hair dryer for added convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to make a quick breakfast, a big dinner, or bake some goodies. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the upstairs deck or the downstairs lounge area. Come to enjoy the Crab Festival or the Shrimp Festival? Good news-you’re 1/2 a block away! You’re in walking distance to many local bars and restaurants, shopping, and recreation. The waterfront offers SC’s only casino boat, boat and jet ski rentals, dolphin tours, and fishing excursions. You can go to the grocery store conveniently located a mile away. Within minutes you can be at the beach, a golf course, a park, or a boat ramp. There’s ample outdoor parking for boats, motorcycles, and trailers. Owners are next door to help provide a great and relaxing stay. You'll absolutely love being within walking distance to the Waterfront and minutes to the beach but still tucked away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. There are motion cameras on the exterior corners of the house, they point at the parking area and the yard. They do not infringe on your privacy.

This is a great house for anyone wanting a convenient location and well-stocked rental. I would recommend it for couples or a family needing 2 bedrooms and one bath. Very comfortable beach house for relaxing. The host is very responsive.

The host was extremely nice and hospitable. The house has everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised at the items available for use in the kitchen. The porches would have been great if the weather had been warmer, but none of us can control that part! There were many games, a nice selection of books, and all the comforts of home. I would definitely book this place again!

This was undoubtedly one of the nicest places we have stayed at in our travels. The host was always quick to communicate with us and kept us up to date on area events. The place was spotless, cozy, and at the perfect location for our trip. We look forward to returning (hopefully) next year. I would recommend this retreat with nearby waterfront (walkable). The waterfront has several restaurants which makes this a perfect spot to stop and walk most everywhere. You would NOT be disappointed.

We’re originally from WV, and have been visiting SC for over 25 years. We moved to Little River 3 years ago and absolutely love it here. We want to provide a unique atmosphere for people traveling to this area in hopes they’ll love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The waterfront in Little River is a quaint neighborhood that offers a great experiences for all tourists. With a variety of activities at your walking leisure, you won’t have time to be bored. Whether you want to dine, shop, or enjoy recreational activities, you’ll have an abundance of choices. We especially enjoy the crab festival in May and the shrimp festival in October. It’s only half a block away rom or door step.

What makes this property unique

Our property has beautiful, tropical landscaping and nice views from the second story deck area. It’s quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood.
