Very nice condo, easy access, no steps, close pool, quiet, clean, and an owner who responded pronto when the air conditioning got cranky. Will definitely rent again. Also, close to many local restaurants and the tv was was easy to access!

Opened the door to a musty smell. It did not dissipate. Rugs were dirty and stained. The pictures must have been before anyone ever stayed there. Towels were thread bear and had bleach stains on them. Sliding door glass had many hand prints. Television and other surfaces had dust on them. The actual condo community outside was well maintained. Older but upkeep was good. The pool area was clean and inviting. Due to the condition of the condo itself we would not ever book there again! Very disappointed. We left a day early.

As per the musty smell, first complaint ever in over 12 years. It’s a beach area. We turn the ac warmer when unoccupied. It does dissipate soon after adjusting the ac I try to stay in touch with my guest to make they they have everything they need, this person was not good at returning communications, so if there was an actual problem, they did not convey that message to me I would not rent to this guest again. The cleaning lady said they left quite more of a mess than most of my more considerate guests

The emails with all the info were great. The owner will text or call you if you have questions and give you suggestions on things to do. The condo was very nice and pool is 50 feet from front door. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place for a family!

We loved staying here during the week of Fourth of July! Excellent communication, great check-in, very non-stressful check-out process…..it smelled so fresh upon entering, and we didn’t ever feel yucky or dirty while staying here. The unit was roomy and very clean. The host was very responsive whenever I reached out via email. The proximity to the pool was super convenient. 3 or 4 (I lost count) beaches within a 20 minute drive. My family and I would love to stay here again when we're back in town!

We purchased this property for a family getaway retreat for us, our daughter, her husband and our two grandkids.
We chose this particular property because of it's central location to many beaches, shopping, dining and other entertainment.
It is a clean and very well maintained complex. The pool and jaccuzi are just outside our door. Parking is immediately in front of our unit.
Everything is just easy and relaxing about this condo. We thoroughly enjoy our trips there.

I believe the location is the most unique factor for this condo.
5 minutes from the village of Callabash, a few blocks from the World Famous Blue Crab Festival, Beaches a mere minutes away as well as fine dining, shopping, golfing and other forms of entertainment
