Joe was great to work with. We got stuck in San Francisco because of airline issues and he offered to let us adjust our trip so we could stay longer. We loved the location as it was a more laid back beach town.

This met all my needs for downtime and work. The condo was as described and clean. Grabbing a beach chair to watch the sunsets. All residents and guests at the building were friendly and respectful. The view is amazing from the unit. Hoping available for my next trip back.

Perfect Kihei Condo

Wow, what a view. I've been coming to Maui for 40 years and have never stayed 75 yards from the water with a 180 degree view of the ocean from a condo unit six stories up! And there is an large open air BBQ area on the roof! Condo is clean and the kitchen has everything you'll need and stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Joe’s place in Kihei is just perfect. It’s right across from the beach and the lanai provides such beautiful views. I would recommend this condo to anyone interested in going to Maui. It’s walking distance to many delicious food places and an abc store just downstairs. The only downside was there were baby ants if food was left out, but that was easily taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again if I were to be back!

Can’t beat the view!

you can see and hear the waves from this bright unit! plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. TV too small to enjoy so would recommend upgrading that. manager was very responsive

Great location, excellent oceanviews

We had an excellent vacation at Joe's condo which was a short walk to Kamaole 1 Beach each morning. We loved watching the sunsets from the lanai. Would highly recommend this condo and hope to be able to come back again. The only issue was the sliding lanai door needs maintenance as it is very hard to open and close. Thanks Joe for sharing your property!

Magic views from The Lanai

Very comfortable great appliances fridge oven microwave and dishwasher although a coffee “pod /capsule “ machine would have been nice. Awesome deck chairs and umbrella and snorkeling gear supplied. Thank you.

Stayed at Kamaole Beach Royale in 1987 and enjoyed the experience and wanted to be a part of this community. As such a property on the 6th floor came available the following year and the rest is history. We continue to enjoy our time at KBR and on Maui.
