All just steps away from the sensational beach and Gulf waters. The house comes well-equipped with many complementary amenities for guests to enjoy during their stay such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, etc. Built in 2014, this three-story, elevator-equipped, beach house features seaside vacationing at its finest! Offering professional gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances including large wine fridge to cook and entertain.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Main living floor offers 2 queen en-suites with a shared terrace. The top floor offers an amazing King Master Suite with a luxurious bath, walk in closet and private reading and TV area, as well as an over sized Gulf Front Veranda. On the other side of the upstairs there is another King room as well as a kid’s room. These two rooms share a full bath. The kid’s room has a bunk bed w/ trundle, including 1 twin, 1 full and a full trundle, all together the kid’s room will sleep up to 5.

All in all, the home will sleep 12 and along with the optional blow up queen mattress.

For your added convenience, one of the 5 full baths is located near the pool and the property includes an elevator for easy access to all floors. Additionally, the house is within walking distance to plenty of great restaurants, pizza parlors, ice cream shops and surf shops as well as several parks and playgrounds to delight all ages. For those that want to venture further, Clearwater Beach and John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk (Madeira Beach) are each a short drive away (about 20 mins each), and Busch Gardens/Tampa are both just under an hour. At the Mermaid’s Lair, you are sure to have the vacation of a lifetime and make many lasting memories, beckoning you to return again and again.
