Esta fabulosa casa de nueva construcción se encuentra directamente en las arenas doradas de Indian Shores. La casa consta de 6 habitaciones con 4. 5 baños distribuidos en 3 plantas.

Tenga en cuenta que no se permiten mascotas en esta propiedad, no se hacen excepciones.

El primer piso consiste en el amplio garaje que puede acomodar fácilmente 2-3 autos.

El segundo piso tiene una fantástica cocina con placa de gas y estufa, horno eléctrico combinado / microondas, refrigerador y lavaplatos con capacidad para seis personas en la isla. También hay un bar con fregadero y un rincón de desayuno junto con un comedor formal y una gran sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana. Hay un enorme balcón que tiene vistas panorámicas de las playas de arena blanca de Indian Shores. Hay una zona de bar al aire libre, parrilla Weber, así como espacio para cenar y relajarse.
En este nivel hay dos dormitorios, uno con una cama King, el otro con dos juegos de literas que solo acomodarán a los niños, estos comparten un baño Jack'n'Jill. También hay un medio baño para que los huéspedes lo usen fuera de la sala de estar.

El tercer piso consta de 4 dormitorios más. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un amplio vestidor. El baño principal cuenta con una bañera profunda y una cabina de ducha separada, así como un lavabo doble / tocador. Dormitorio 2: tiene una cama king y baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha. Las otras dos habitaciones en este nivel comparten un baño Jack'n'Jill. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el otro tiene una cama king. También hay una sala de lavandería en el tercer piso, así como otro gran balcón con increíbles vistas de la playa a vista de pájaro. Cinco de las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana.

La parte trasera de la propiedad tiene una piscina y una bañera de hidromasaje, con tumbonas y asientos para que usted y su grupo se relajen. Our family had an amazing time. Prime location on the beach, great pool and spa and plenty of space. Appreciated all of the beach chairs, pool accessories, etc.The area is also great with lots of good restaurants.

This house is amazing!We had 9 adults & 1 baby, & there was more than enough room for everyone. Bedrooms were roomy and quiet, & beds very comfortable. Bathrooms were well equipped with plenty of towels & essentials. Kitchen was huge & included everything we needed. The house is as described/pictured except there is another half bathroom in the garage (just off pool area), pool patio & fence are extended out farther, the sand dunes are no longer there behind the fence, there are more palm trees & other trees giving more privacy between the houses, & the living room couch is leather with adjustable head rests. The beach was literally steps away. Sitting on the balcony with morning coffee/evening drink was pure tranquility. The pool & heated spa were very pleasant & relaxing to be in. There were so many beach toys & floaties & a ping pong table. They had 7 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, & more than enough beach towels for our group. There was a great coffee shop across the street that we visited almost daily. The baby equip included was extremely helpful. We used Sabrina C. with BabyQuip to rent toys, a changing pad, a crib slumber pod, & a beach cabana with a beach mat; amazing service, highly recommend!Alex was very quick to respond to our questions & was very helpful with the few things that came up during our stay. I would say he went above & beyond to make sure our vacation went smoothly. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house and we would definitely book again

Perfect House for a Relaxing Beach Getaway

Property offered everything we wanted for a relaxing beach getaway for a group of friends. All appliances and facilities worked well and were kept in great condition. Spacious living area made meals and evening activities easy and fun. The entire house was very clean and comfortable. Definitely would rent this property again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Indian Shores area with a group of 6-14 people.

Beachside paradise

Our family of 12 including our children and grandchildren spent a week at this beautiful house making memories. The beach is fabulous with fine, white sand and we spent much of our time there and in pool. This is our second stay here and we love it. It is spacious, clean and great location. The master bedroom is incredible with awesome sunsets every night. Seamless check in, highly recommend

Spring Break Visit

The SeaPearl is an outstanding house that is located on an amazing stretch of beach. Our family loved the pool, hot tub, and extremely short walk to the ocean. After walking miles on the shoreline, we quickly realized how special the location is with the quiet beach and closeness to the water. Our few contacts with Alex and Liz had quick and impressive responses. We would definitely come back again. It truly is a perfect house!

Sea Pearl family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Sea Pearl. It is a great location and there were many pluses. They have sand toys that my grandchildren enjoyed and games the adults could enjoy in the evenings.

Perfect birthday getaway!

Stunning! The weather did not cooperate as Florida was in a polar vortex for our week (), but this beautiful house made our vacation PERFECT! The house is even better than its description!! We loved the sunsets most of all! It’s the perfect spot for a wonderful vacation. The location is close to food, activities and other beautiful beaches! We will be back next year!! Thank you Alex!

AH-MAZING!

Oh my goodness ---- I can't say enough about this house! It was PERFECT. The views are absolutely gorgeous. We lived each night for those sunsets! We had 7 adults and two children and had more than enough room. We had some hot tub/pool issues that were out of anyone's control, but other than that...it was literally perfect in every way! The owners have thought of everything. In the dresser in the kitchen/living area are cards, puzzles, books, games. In the kids' room are plenty of supplies if you have babies or toddlers (bouncy seat, pack n play, potty seat, gates for stairs). We brought sound machines and are glad we did, it helped with some of the noise from the street and from the others in the house. Before you go grocery shopping, take a peek in the cupboards because there was some unopened food, etc. The Pay It Forward Bar was lovely and we really appreciated having that after a long day of travel to Florida. The elevator was amazing and was perfect for sending groceries and luggage up. Our kids (6 and 8) loved playing in the pool and using the sand toys that were there. We loved the Sea Pearland are excited to go back! It was the perfect setting for our family to come together and spend a wonderful week away.

THE best beach house period.

This is by far the best location and best house we’ve ever rented. We rent beach houses twice a year and have never been this pleased with one. Well equipped kitchen, super comfy beds, lots of beach chairs and toys, the pool and hot tub were amazing, well worth the small fee to heat it in December. We had one small issue ,that’s not even worth mentioning, and they had a repairman there within two hours. We highly recommend this place!!

A Gem

This is the perfect combination of house, beach and location for a family vacation. It is a beautiful, expansive house with all the amenities, and sunset views that will leave you breathless. Located on a beach that rivals some Caribbean locations (and no Sargassum!). Nestled in a quiet beach town with delicious food offerings, and activities for the kids. We can't wait to book for the Summer of 2025.

Dream vacation

We had a great time! Very clean & well equipped. Real hand soaps at each sink. I love the pay it forward drink refrigerator. Great idea! Our kids used so many of the pool/sand toys provided. The walk to the beach is even shorter than it looks in the pic. So nice to be able to walk back to the house for anything rather than trying to pack for the entire day! Property management very easy to reach via text. We would definitely stay here again! Save your Disney money and put it towards this home! Fun for everyone without having to even leave. Instacart and Dominos pizza delivery for the win! Would suggest maybe a guest book for guests to sign? I love knowing what others have found to do, see, and eat when we are in a new town. Or maybe a list of nearby restaurants that can deliver? Thank you again for a wonderful vacation dull of memories for our family.

Fabulous Vacation at SeaPearl

This property, the management, and the housekeeper are top notch! The house is everything and more that you could want on a beach vacation. Having such close access to a beautiful beach which we had nearly to ourselves was unbelievable. My family kept commenting all week on how perfect it was. Perfect beach house for a family

If you love drinking your morning coffee while watching dolphins swim by, this is your vacation rental spot. Spacious, clean, room for everyone to spread out- this was the perfect place for us and our 3 kids families. The beach isn't crowded and the garage holds tons of beach toys and chairs. If we plan on coming back to this area we will for sure rent this property!

Family Vacation

We picked this house for its size and location for our family vacation. it couldn't have been more perfect, with two infants and two small children along with nine adults we wanted easy beach access, which was 40ft from our private pool fence gate. Perfect. the house was very comfortable for the family. Each day was perfect, great coffee shop and restaurants in walking distance. Really the perfect house for a larger family vacation. Alex was great to deal with and solved a minor issue we had promptly. Hospitality was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Another Perfect Year

Our large family absolutely loves staying here. It is perfect for guests of all ages. The kids love that they have a room all to themselves. We always leave with fabulous memories, ready to come back the following year!
