Very responsive host. Quiet neighborhood other than neighbors mowing and another neighbor’s dog but super quiet at night. Very convenient to visit east Texas A&M!

Beautiful home and property that had everything we needed to celebrate our family Christmas! The host was responsive and very accommodating to our needs during the stay. Very private backyard and located off of a small quiet county road. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again!

Host double booked us and left us with no where to stay. Instead of taking ownership blamed VRBO. Would not recommend! We ended up in a dirty hotel compared to a beautiful home that we could have enjoyed.

Yes, this guest did get dou le booked without our knowledge. Oue home is on multiple sites and we had set them up to Talk to each other as far as the calendar. This feature failed. Supposed to be automatic.we are very sorry that this happened and have yaken additional steps to prevent this from ever happening Again. Her refund was prompty Addressed and we even called them Directly to apologize perso ally and to try and assist Them to find other accomadations. Not sure what else we could have done. 95 % of our bookings are handled through another site and we have a 5 star review history From EVERY guest. That would be a true representation of how our property is truly managed.
