The property was perfect for our football weekend stay. Karen is a great host. She always answered my questions immediately. When a problem arose Friday night, she went above and beyond what I expected to get it fixed right away, even as she was watching her son’s football game. I would recommend this property to anyone.

This property was clean and quiet. Being from the north we are used to cold but on the cold days here the floors were cold. The host had provided very nice blankets. We also expected a closet for hanging clothes, we used the laundry room. The coffee pot was not working and our host was very responsive and quickly provided one.

Karen was a very good host. We were traveling as a Christmas surprise and arrived late Christmas Eve. Because of the holiday, I knew stores would be closed. Karen went out of her way to make sure our grocery delivery was put into the house ahead of our arrival. The house is older and has been updated. It was clean, but lacked a few basic amenities (no skillets or saucepans, bath towels that cover an average sized adult, beds that can be accessed from both sides)

Thank you so much for the kind words and for choosing to stay here, especially over the holiday. We’re glad we could help make your Christmas arrival a little easier. We appreciate your feedback. For clarification for future guests, the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware however, we apologize if all items were not easily located during your stay. We will be reviewing our check-in instructions and the placement of household items to ensure everything is clearer and easier to find. We will also evaluate the furniture layout to improve access around the beds where possible. Thank you again for your review, feedback like this helps us continue improving the guest experience!
