I have a few complaints regarding the property. I specifically picked this property due to the amenities and photos provided. The listing stated outdoor space and upon arrival noticed an orange note posted stating outdoor space under construction and only emergency access. The host had plenty of time to let us know about no access to the yard. The stairs leading upstairs had loose and missing carpet pieces causing a tripping hazard, the handrails had missing and broken spindles and wasn't sturdy. There were no other mirrors in the house besides the bathrooms and one bedroom. The mirrors in both bathrooms were placed so high and so small that shorter guest or children couldn't see themselves. There was only one working television, no dresser, chairs or any place that you could place your clothing. there were not enough towels or extra linen. We discovered ants in the upstairs bedroom. One of the bedrooms had an on suite so accessing that bathroom you would always have to disturb whoever was in that room. There was a dirty sponge left to use for the dishes. The Host showed up before checkout, we stated some of our concerns and he replied it was his maintenance that left everything a mees. I feel I should be compensated for lack of accessibility to the amenities stated that were not there.

the host was very nice, he called and checked with me that everything is ok. house was clean. one recommendation if possible please change the mattress, because not all the people comfortable with spring mattress.
