Very Clean and Comfortable 3 Bedroom - Near Everything.

This apartment is nice and clean.
The 3 bedrooms are nicely furnished and decent size.
Coin Laundry Conveniently Located in the Really Clean and Nicely Done Basement! Conveniently located 1 block from bus transportation, 3 blocks from the Light rail to the path, 1 block from NJ Turnpike. Truly a Gem! Book with us you won't regret it. PARKING AVAILABLE which is rare in Jersey City. Laundry on Site. 20 Minutes to New York City, 10 minutes to Downtown area, Waterfront and Parks!

Guests 13 and over. Home not suitable for small children as we have radiators for heat and they get hot in the winter months. Also sockets are not covered and home is not childproof.

Most comfortable and sparkling clean!

We were so happy with our stay. Everything was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great stay. I had questions everyday and the owner got right back to me every time. Highly recommend!

A good place for visiting New Yrok

A nice first floor flat in a small house for a first visit to New York. You will be like in a hotel with some first arrivals package ( soap, tea, coffee...). Nancy is very responsive and neighboors are nice
