Great location for exploring LA. We visited Universal and the Getty. Both easily accessed from the apartment. Also Ventura Boulevard is nearby with lots of great restaurants. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

The check in process was smooth and great. The host was able to provide accommodation for us to check in early. The only problem I had with this place was the cleanliness. There was a bad smell from the carpet. There was a huge stain that was pretty soaked and didn’t dry at all even in the heat. It made the entire apartment smell really bad. I had to check out early because of the smell and health hazard for my children and myself. Otherwise, location was good and in a quiet neighborhood

Lovely home off Van Nuys, convenient and easy to get in and out. 1 parking space and in this area plenty of street parking without restrictions as in other nearby areas. NOT walking distance to Universal so be prepared to drive 15 minutes when there is no traffic.

Everything was very clean, host was friendly and kind, I would say family, friendly location, and nice layout of the house. The only thing that I feel was inaccurate, was the listing set a seven minute walk to universal. Or, at least that’s how I read it. Definitely a great spot. Would go back.

The kitchen was fully equipped. Did not have to much time to use it though. Stayed there because of how close it was to universal studios. 15 minutes away.

The property location is misrepresented. It listed as 7 minutes walk to Universal, but it is 10 minutes drive, and Uber in LA is not exactly cheap.

Great location for groceries, pharmacy, coffee shop, restaurants, and less than a mile to the freeway. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood in Studio City. My family & I planned to visit Universal Studios, so it was a quick drive (under 15min). It was nice stay with my parents and 2 kiddos, so having a spacious living space and blow up mattresses was very convenient. It was great to have our vehicle in a designated spot versus parking on the street.My suggestions, which are somewhat similar to other reviewers, were sent directly to the host.

the whole property description is misleading. The address is not as close to landmarks as advertised. The building smells, the house has foul chlorine smell moment you entered the house. The carpets are filthy, mattresses are uncomfortable and sunken, dishwasher is almost ready to fall out from the attachment, 0 out of 10 from the cleanliness. Spiders around on the floor and webs outside the window. I would never stay in the property again You have to pay to the host directly not the Vrbo which is not mentioned anywhere. This looks suspicious and causes hindrance in checkin.
