Beautiful views, comfortable arrangements, plenty of room for our meeting. The pool table was a big hit, both kitchens were perfect for our meals. Great place to stay.

Frank is a United States Marine Corps veteran and Ohio State University graduate, and together we've built our vacation rental business around creating memorable experiences for families, friends, and special celebrations along Florida's beautiful coastline.

When we're not preparing our homes for guests, you'll often find us enjoying the same things many of our visitors come here to experience—walking the beach at sunrise, spotting dolphins offshore, exploring local restaurants, spending time with family, and discovering everything that makes St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra Beach such special places to visit.

What we love most about hosting is helping guests create lasting memories. Whether it's a family reunion, wedding weekend, couples' getaway, or a simple beach vacation, we enjoy knowing our homes become the backdrop for special moments that guests will remember long after they return home.

As owner-operators, we're personally involved in caring for and maintaining our properties. We take pride in continually improving our homes, responding quickly to guest needs, and sharing recommendations that help visitors experience the area like locals.

One of our favorite things is waking up to breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic and watching dolphins swim just offshore. The beach is perfect for morning walks, shell hunting, fishing, surfing, or simply sitting with a cup of coffee while listening to the waves. One of the home's most distinctive features is its expansive rooftop observation deck, where guests can enjoy panoramic ocean views, spectacular sunrises, evening stargazing, and refreshing sea breezes. Combined with the oceanfront balconies, there are multiple places to relax and take in the beauty of the coast.
