There were 14 of us in the area for a long weekend. House was clean and comfortable. Host/owner was very easy to communicate with. No problems. Just what we were looking for. GREAT beach access.

The location was great, far enough away to avoid crowds, close enough to everything for convenience. The house was clean and spacious, with a beautiful sunrise everyday.

Perfect house for our family reunion

We loved getting to stay at this house for our family reunion. The house was beautiful, although there were some areas that could use some cosmetic fixes. But overall they didn’t affect our trip! Being on the beach was amazing! And the property manager was great to work with and had extremely great communication!

Best wedding location and property manager ever!!!

Best wedding location and property manager ever!!! Absolutely incredible stay!! Could not recommend Frank, or his other property enough. So kind, caring, and professional. The home was in perfect condition, right on the beach, great for our entire family. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, fun games. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting a beach wedding.

Perfect for an intimate wedding!

Nothing but good things to say about the property and the host. We had our wedding on the rooftop with about 75 of our closest friends and family, and it was beautiful.The host worked with us every time we reached out with questions to help ensure our day and our stay was perfect.

The house is right on the beach. Clean, everything you need was in the house for a great time (kitchen utensils, beach chairs, toiletries). Lot's of room! The host Frank really cares about his properties and he cares about his guests.

Great location for family gatherings

Our group ranged in age from 1 to 80 years and everyone had a great time. The owner was very accommodating with high chair, air mattress, and other items that helped us have a smooth stay. The beach outside the door was quiet and easily accessible for all. Comfy beds helped us sleep well. While not luxuriously furnished, the space was comfortable and provided what we needed for an enjoyable gathering.

Destination wedding

My daughter wanted a beach wedding so we rented this property and it was perfect! Having 7 bedrooms was great! All had their own bathroom or shared bathroom, very nice!! My favorite part of the house was the kitchen and eating area. It was wonderful! Very roomy, easy to have a lot of people in the kitchen working and talking and not feeling crowded. The beach out front was really nice and there were a ton of folding chairs to take out to the beach and sit up on the 3rd floor deck. We had a fantastic time and the wedding was beautiful. We had a lot of flowers and floating candles for decorations and it was just amazing. Francis was a great host and was in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

I Have rented about 12 house this year !! and was never this disappointed befoer. We booked the house that was online that we fell in love with in January 2024 3 weeks before our trip the house pic changed, the house changed, we rented the house next door, when my family realized that the house changed, and with 3 weeks before our trip we couldn’t find another house so we had to take the house that was given to us, once we were there we spoke with the tenants at the house next door that we booked, and they told us that they had just booked the house 3 weeks ago, the owner when I spoke to him he said they booked the house a day before we did in January that’s # 1 # 2 when we got to the house there wer dead bugs all around on the floors # 3 the beds were deadly & inches off the floors all the beds in all 7 bedrooms with mattress 10 inches thick # 4 the sliding door wouldn’t lock at all # 5 very strong paint odor in the house really strong. I would never ever stay there again never the owner said this house was lager not !! do your homework really good make sure you are getting what you paid for, this was just a terrible stay all around. on a scale of 1 - 10 I rate this house # 2

Great Hospitality

Had a great time staying at this home with my Wife and our entire wedding party. Francis went out of his way to ensure that we were all comfortable the entire stay. Would definitely stay here again whenever we are back in the area!

Wedding for my daughter

My daughter decided to get married and wanted to have the wedding on the beach. We had less than a month to plan. We just had 17 family members attend and this house was perfect for that. Would use again for another family event!

Beach House

First time staying in an oceanfront beach house, semi private beach it was awesome. we all love the beach, but the two-year-old loved it the most, she could run flipping in the sand throw a little sand, and there was no one near to fuss. Right outside our window we saw dolphins in the morning and evening playing in the ocean.. One evening when we were sitting on the beach After dark about 930 a sea turtle came up on the beach. At first it freaked us out because we wasn’t expecting a sea turtle. After talking with the young lady who comes through every morning, checking all the sea turtle nest. She said it’s very rare to see a sea turtle come up on the beach. And do I need to go on about the historic Saint Augustine? It is a beautiful city. We definitely want to come back. Francis was a great host. He addressed any concerns we had immediately. We all loved the Saint Augustine Beach House experience.

Exceptional property

As we were the first party to rent this exceptional property we weren't sure what to expect. We were totally pleased with the home and the ease of beach access. The view from the dining room was like being on a cruise. You have to see this to believe the view. As important was the access to the owner which was phenomenal and the best we have experienced. We will request this property again next year for our family reunion.
