Park City Condo Rental Photos and Description

Condo is 510 sq ft., 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen (w/ WIFI)

This condo is your home away from home (and mine too)! It features one well-appointed bedroom, one large bathroom, comfortable living room, and a full kitchen w/ WIFI. There are 2 pocket dividers between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen has a new stove/oven, microwave, new conventional-sized refrigerator/freezer, new convection oven, new dish washer, new coffee maker, and fully stocked kitchen with all the basics (and more - like tupperware). Not to mention, a 15 second walk to the heated pool deck will allow you to grill on a 6 burner stainless steel grill w/ propane. The living room has a pull-out queen sofa bed that sleeps 2 adults, a dresser, new 46 inch cable flat screen TV, DVD player, IPOD dock, and fire place. The unit has baseboard heat. Due to the location of the unit, there is no A/C unit needed.

The Bedroom has a brand new queen bed (mattress, box spring, frame), closet, sink, and new 32 inch cable flat screen TV.

For your comfort, a humidifier, a box fan, and extra blankets and pillows are located in the closet. The hallway has a rack for skis, jackets, and/or snowboards. As of August 2013, new carpet, TVs, a dresser, bistro table, outlets, ceiling fans, light fixtures, glassware and other new items have been installed.

This condo is located on the subterranean level with a view facing outside. Despite being half under ground, there are two large windows that allow a good amount of sunlight in (especially in the morning). One in the bedroom, and one in the living room. I have thick blinds and curtains on each to block the sunlight. At this level, the unit is kept cooler in the summer months and warmer in winter. The unit's location within the Carriage House complex makes it just seconds from the parking lot and elevator (need to go down 1 floor) for easy move-in/move-out. You wouldn't know it, but the front door is just 15 feet from the indoor Jacuzzi, heated pool with BBQ grills, and his and hers bathrooms. The Carriage House has underground parking garage and parking lot. The complex itself is just feet from 3 bus stops, which means you have instant FREE transportation wherever you want to go.

In my attempt to make my unit more affordable to visitors, I have decided to not provide toiletries, such as bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. If you are like me when you travel, you bring your own preferable toiletries for a fraction of the cost I would have to charge.

When the condo is booked, I will email (personal email) you the Welcome Letter that is kept in the condo. Upon final payment, I will send you the Carriage House building code and also your unique condo door code, along with the Welcome Letter again. There are no keys to carry around or worry about losing.

I have had the blessing to snowboard in many great locales, including Whistler, Lake Tahoe, Colorado, Jackson Hole, Montana, and New York. While those places were memorable, I think Park City has it all! Great mountains, awesome night life, 4 star restaurants, free convenient transportation, and warm, friendly people. I loved the area so much I purchased this condo in May of 2013 after visiting Park City multiple times.

Excellent value and great owners.

As advertised, and Chris is fast to reply with any questions or issues.

Property is clean, the kitchen is well equipped and it exceeded my expectations.

I did not use the hot tub, pool, or laundry so I can''t speak to the quality of those. Public transportation is easy and has a few stops right by the complex. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

An overall incredible value for Park City. I would rent from Chris again and would recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay for doTerra 2016 Convention

We reserved this property for our parents during the doTerra 2016 Convention. It worked very well for them and they loved Park City. They enjoyed the hot tub. The price worked in our budget, especially since this was almost a last minute rent. Thankful that it was available for that time! The hair dryer did not work, but, Chris was wonderful about offering to get it replaced for their stay.

Parking was an issue when we came over to visit with them.

We enjoyed the overall experience and will definitely see if it's available when we take our trips to the area. Chris was very responsive to any questions that we had and I recommend him as a host.

Great Place to Stay! Conveniently located!!! Would stay again!!!

This place is great for a mountain getaway without breaking the bank. I went for 4 days with three of my buddies to do some downhill mountain biking. Minutes from the mountain base, lifts, trails, and downtown. Place was very clean and had everything we needed for your stay. Owner is easy to contact if needed and has nearly every question you would ask in a binder that is at the condo. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Two used camping pads, one on the couch and one on the bed. The condo could easily sleep two in the couch pull out and two on the bed if needed. Extra sink in the bedroom is a huge bonus. Room is only a few doors away from the hottub, which was great and convenient. We used it everyday after our long rides. Pool is heated as well! Zero complaints from this crew!

First off, its is about a 30-35 minute drive from SLC to Park City. Its all interstate, so you are there before you know it. Once in Park City, you do not need to worry about driving, because Park City offers free buses. The condo has 3 bus stops just feet away.

This condo is about 3 minutes from Park City Mountain Resort. 10 minutes away from Canyons Mountain and Deer Valley Ski Resort, and 40 minutes from Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude Mountain Resorts. All are on the bus route except Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude . These mountains have skiing, snowboarding (except Deer Valley, ski only), hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. The mountain resorts have other fun activities during the summer months.

Grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, gas stations, a liquor store, and every other store you need is just a minute or two away by car.

There are many ski/board shops nearby. Out of some of the notable ones, (Cole's & Jan's), I highly recommend The Attic right next to PCMR. I have used them when my luggage was lost. Because they were awesome, I have placed %20 off coupons in the condo.

Downtown Main St. is about 5 minutes away by car or 15 by bus. This has everything from restaurants, bars, clothing shops, theaters, and other services and shops.

About 10 minutes away is Kimball Junction. This has many retail and main stream stores, such as Walmart, Smith's and Best Buy, fast food restaurants, and hotels. Olympic Park is also there that provides many neat things to see and do.

A confirmation letter containing information will be sent once first payment is made to the email provided.

SKI/BOARD RENTAL - There are coupon cards in the binder for THE ATTIC SNOWBOARD SHOP. 20 % off rentals, 25% one reg. priced item, etc. There are 2 locations (1 being at PCMR). I have used them in past & recommend them. Just bring the green business card to them. Coupons and information about Park City are located in the lobby.
