Condo is 510 sq ft., 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen (w/ WIFI)

This condo is your home away from home (and mine too)! It features one well-appointed bedroom, one large bathroom, comfortable living room (new queen sleep sofa (memory foam mattress), and a full kitchen w/ WIFI. There are 2 pocket dividers between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen has a new stove/oven, new microwave, new conventional-sized refrigerator/freezer, new convection oven, new dish washer, new coffee maker, new toast, and fully stocked kitchen with all the basics (and more - like tupperware). Not to mention, a 15 second walk to the heated pool deck will allow you to grill on a 6 burner stainless steel grill w/ propane. The living room has a new pull-out queen sofa bed (memory foam mattress- no crappy spring) that sleeps 2 adults, a dresser, new 46 inch cable flat screen TV (with USB and HDMI inputs), DVD player, IPOD dock, ceiling fan, and fire place. The unit has baseboard heat. Due to the location of the unit, there is no A/C unit needed, even in the summer.

The Bedroom has a brand new queen bed (mattress, box spring, frame), new pillows and comforter sets, closet, sink, and 32 inch cable flat screen TV. It also has 2 new bedside lamps with USB and polarized outlets in each. Convenient for charging IPOD, cellular phone and more.

For your comfort, a humidifier, and extra blankets and pillows are located in the closet. The hallway has a rack for skis, jackets, and/or snowboards. As of August 2013, new carpet, TVs, a dresser, bistro table, outlets, ceiling fans, light fixtures, glassware and other new items have been installed.

This condo is located on the subterranean level with a view facing outside. Despite being half under ground, there are two large windows that allow a good amount of sunlight in (especially in the morning). One in the bedroom, and one in the living room. I have thick blinds and curtains on each to block the sunlight. At this level, the unit is kept cooler in the summer months and warmer in winter. The unit's location within the Carriage House complex makes it just seconds from the parking lot and elevator (need to go down 1 floor) for easy move-in/move-out. You wouldn't know it, but the front door is just 15 feet from the indoor Jacuzzi, heated pool with BBQ grills, and his and hers bathrooms. The Carriage House has underground parking garage and parking lot. The complex itself is just feet from 3 bus stops, which means you have instant FREE transportation wherever you want to go.

In my attempt to make my unit more affordable to visitors, I have decided to not provide toiletries, such as bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. If you are like me when you travel, you bring your own preferable toiletries for a fraction of the cost I would have to charge.

When the condo is booked, I will email (personal email) you the Welcome Letter that is kept in the condo. Upon final payment, I will send you the Carriage House building code and also your unique condo door code, along with the Welcome Letter again. There are no keys to carry around or worry about losing.

Why Chris Cornelius chose Utah

I have had the blessing to snowboard in many great locales, including Whistler, a few places in Washington and Oregon, Lake Tahoe, Colorado, Killington, Okemo,Jackson Hole, Montana, Idaho, and New York. While those places were memorable, I think Park City has it all! Great mountains, awesome night life, 4 star restaurants, free convenient transportation, and warm, friendly people. I loved the area so much, I purchased this condo in May of 2013 after visiting Park City 2 times.

We were out at our condo Dec 17th to Dec 23rd.. While there we replaced all bulbs with new ones, we added (2) bedside lamps with USB and polarized outlets, new Revlon 1875 watt with 2 speed/2 temp & cool shot hair dryer, 2 piece bread toaster, a few new pans, some more utensils, and 4 queen new pillows.

My wife loved it the moment we walked in! I did, too. The kitchen is very organized with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Two bathroom lavatories for quick prep! Two TV's. The owner gives instant response to any and all concerns. Covered garage parking keeps your car safe and clean! This condo was a great find and a great value! We will stay here every time we come to Park City!

Well situated in Park City

Located in Park City, within an easy walk of several eateries, this was a great place to stay. Very convenient and well priced condo. It had all the amenities needed and was warm and comfortable. Chris, the owner was very responsive and helpful, even letting me know about a fire alarm testing that he became aware of during my stay.

5 relaxing days after 13 days RoadTrip

My stay was awesome, just what I needed and then more. You have, a small but perfect apt including a huge kitchen and a huge bedroom. You are closed to Main Street, close to restaurants and shops; if you need to do laundry, there are two in the building, pool and hottub... Chris was such a nice person to talk to even when I had a situation out of his or my hands. He always answered my texts within minutes ven when he was working.

I would definitely stay in his apt again!!!

Great little spot.

First and foremost, our interactions with Chris and Bre were fantastic. The only reason this isn't a perfect 5/5 was for something totally out of the owner's hands. After arriving after midnight for a late flight into Salt Lake City, we found that a trip of a breaker left us without power for the first night. However, by 8AM the next morning, everything was fixed and just as it should be. In all aspects, Chris was cordial and accommodating, even from several states away, and he very fairly compensated us for the trouble we went through. Chris is upfront, honest, and generous in his duties as a renter. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great location, close to everything in and around Park City. With a bus stop located right outside the building and another within 100yds, there's never a long wait for a bus to take you anywhere you want to go.

For our first time in Park City, we couldn't have asked for a better, more affordable location. Many thanks to Chris and we look forward to returning soon!

First off, its is about a 30-35 minute drive from SLC to Park City. Its all interstate, so you are there before you know it. Once in Park City, you do not need to worry about driving, because Park City offers free buses. The condo has 3 bus stops just feet away. Utilize the back door of the building, and you are about a 30 second walk to the bus stop!!

This condo is about 3 minutes from Park City Mountain Resort. 10 minutes away from Canyons Base (PCMR) and Deer Valley Ski Resort, and 40 minutes from Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude Mountain Resorts. All are on the bus route except Snowbird, Brighton, Alta and Solitude . These mountains have skiing, snowboarding (except Deer Valley, ski only), hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. The mountain resorts have other fun activities during the summer months.

Grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, gas stations, a liquor store, and every other store you need is just a minute or two away by car.

There are many ski/board shops nearby. Out of some of the notable ones, (Cole's & Jan's), I highly recommend The Attic right next to PCMR. I have used them when my luggage was lost. Because they were awesome, I have placed %20 off coupons in the condo.

Downtown Main St. is about 5 minutes away by car or 15 by bus. This has everything from restaurants, bars, clothing shops, theaters, and other services and shops.

About 10 minutes away is Kimball Junction. This has many retail and main stream stores, such as Walmart, Smith's, Bed Bath Beyond, and Best Buy, fast food restaurants, and hotels. Olympic Park is also there that provides many neat things to see and do.

A confirmation letter containing information will be sent once first payment is made to the email provided.
