Sleeps up to 10 across 3 bedrooms (king plus queen plus king), 3 full baths, two full kitchens, fenced backyard, and two private outdoor spaces. Pet-friendly. 7 minutes to downtown Durango, 5 minutes to Durango Hot Springs, 10 minutes to Animas River rafting. In winter, the property sits 20 minutes from Purgatory Resort. Built for summer family reunions, friend-group river trips, and multi-generational stays where you want togetherness without crowding.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please leave keys to the main house on the table and return apartment keys to the lock box.
Please start a load of towels in the dryer, this really helps the cleaning crew finish up for the next guests. Thanks!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
