Open floor plan and single level living (except for the 4 steps leading down into the master bedroom). Lots of windows let in the natural light giving the home a bright and cheery feel. This home is located at the end of a gated street and abuts national forest with your own private access to trails. An easy 12 minute drive to historic downtown Durango or 20 minute drive to Purgatory Ski resort you’ll find the central location is perfect for enjoying all Durango has to offer. The newly renovated Durango Hot Springs is just a mile from the home and Dalton Ranch golf course along with PJs market and liquor store are two short miles away on Highway 550.

A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we simply ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours.  Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings we are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guests that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets, or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.  

Please note that this home is outfitted with outdoor security cameras. 

Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking.  Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
