We had a wonderful stay at Snickers Ridge. Easy to access and clean, beautiful house, hot tub, the pond, it was all great. Kitchen stocked with everything you need or forgot to bring. My family loved it, thank you for hosting us.

Absolutely amazing views and the pond was stocked. No sooner one of us would be releasing a fish another was being reeled it. The house was beautiful, deck and sitting area was perfect, extremely dog friendly and the owners were very responsive with communication. We didn’t leave the property all weekend because we had everything we needed right there. We were able to have orders delivered and a dollar general was a half mile away but you felt like you were 100 miles out of town. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin. The sun room was my absolute favorite spot in the entire house.

Our family really enjoyed our short stay. Everything was as described. Very peaceful place close to a few kid friendly trails and great places to eat. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well decorated. The pond is stocked, we caught 4 fish. It was great having a pond all to ourselves. We enjoyed our night using the hot tub. Ryan was a great host. I highly recommend.

This place is amazing. Love that it is pet-friendly. Our little maltese Jagger enjoyed it as much as we did...it's very spacious, clean, and the bed downstairs is so comfy. The pond was so much fun. My husband caught of fifty big bass in two days. This is the place to get some relaxation and fun all in one. You are close enough to go to Walmart if you need. Lots of things to go check out and do close by...The host is wonderful. Places to eat. I would 100% recommend. And we can't wait to come back.

This place was absolutely perfect. We travelled with seven individuals and there was enough room that everyone was more than comfortable. The host is a great person who replies fast and overall knows exactly what he’s doing. Although we were unlucky to catch any fish in the pond, we saw multiple. Very clean place with tons of privacy and great vibes. Cannot wait to book here again!

I stayed at this cabin for five days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax the moment I arrived. The setting was peaceful and private, with beautiful surroundings that made mornings slow and evenings calm.Everything worked exactly as expected, and the little touches throughout the cabin made it feel welcoming and comfortable. It was the perfect place to unwind, reset, and enjoy some quiet time away from the usual routine.I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable retreat.

Our family has been doing an annual trip for over 25 years. We've been staying at state parks, first camping with a motorhome and then renting cabins when we outgrew that. The Ohio State Park cabin rental process has become a nightmare. Last year we happened on a house at a great price and discovered house rentals. This year we discovered Snickers Ridge, what a gem! The price was great, less than the cost of 2 state park cabins (what we needed). We were all able to stay under one roof, 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs . . . one of them a Great Dane! Snickers Ridge was beautiful. The location was secluded. We had the house and the property to ourselves. We'd brought an inflatable raft and spent time on the "lake". We had campfires each evening and fished and watched beautiful sunsets, made smores, just enjoyed being together. There was excellent fishing. My 3 yr. old granddaughter caught a huge bass with her Barbie fishing pole! The house is spacious, clean and stocked very well. There were games and plenty of kitchen supplies for all 8 of us to eat breakfast/lunch/dinner over 4 days. The bathrooms were well supplied and with 8 people, 2 showers and 3 toilets were a godsend. Our host was amazing at communicating with us. He reached out and gave us all the info we'd need initially. He responded immediately to any questions we had. We were thrilled with the experience overall. My family rarely says this, but they said it about Snickers Ridge, "I'd go back there again and again."

Very peaceful property with a lovely outdoor space. Catch and release fishing pond was a highlight for us as our family loves to go fishing. We caught several 1.5-3lb bass. Plus, we were surprised to have a bald eagle on the property that also enjoyed fishing . The house was perfect size for everyone and was clean. Our dogs felt right at home and so did we. Great place to stay and the hosts were reachable at anytime! I would highly recommend this property.
