This cabin was the perfect location for me and my husband we were meeting our kids who were staying at Wilderness at the Smokies Waterpark we were only minuets to the park. Pros - clean, air conditioning worked great even on hot humid days, jetted tub very relaxing, porch swing was nice swinging enjoying nature, very quiet even though only about half mile off parkway. Cons housekeeping only left one washcloth, Wi-Fi info was incorrect we found the info on the router . Roku tv was not set up had to use my phone to enter info so we could stream, pillows were flat but bed was ok , and we did have a mouse that visited each night and left us some droppings. These were minor cons to us and we did not contact Justin I realize these older cabins sometimes can have issues with rodents and bugs and these cons would not keep me from staying again. Justin responded immediately to my messages and sent us all the information we needed in a timely manner.
