Cable TV including major networks from Xfinity Stream, load your own TV apps as desired. Super fast WIFI. Pull down shower heads. Front porch is screened in with comfortable seating, side porch is tiled with 2 Adirondack chairs. There is new furniture, new mattresses and linens. Sheets and pillows and towels provided. Kcup coffee maker in kitchen. Freezer has ice maker. All this, in the lush beautifully landscaped northern Villages, close to First Responders Recreation Center and Chatham Recreation Center and Nancy Lopez Golf course . Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Short drive to Spanish Springs Town Square or Lake Sumter Landing town Square with nightly live music. This delightful property features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Washing machine and dryer in garage . Two full bathrooms one in master is a standup shower unit and one in Guest hallway is a tub shower combo unit. We hope you enjoy what our place and The Villages has to offer.

A free golf cart is not included in this rental. There are multiple golf cart rental companies in the area. Approximate/average price to rent a 2 seater 30 per day, 180 per week, 500 per month.

Taamra was very kind and quick to answer any question. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean and cozy. Very nice neighborhood and quiet. We will definitely be back and hope this property will be a available when we return. It has nice garage for parking, laundry, a tv in every room, great bed, beautiful kitchen and plenty of space all around. We were very pleased. Thanks to all!
