Refundable Security Deposit. A refundable security deposit of one thousand dollars is required for all reservations. This deposit is separate from your rental payment and helps cover damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or house rule violations. If no issues are identified during the post-departure inspection, the full deposit will be refunded within forty-eight hours of checkout. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this refundable security deposit requirement.

We also have 2 propane tanks at each of our houses and we do our best to keep one completely full. In the event you find you run out of propane please take the tanks to the gas station between your house and the Publix grovery store (less than 1 mile from you) and exhange them. Please send me a receipt and I will pay for the propane.
