Great location - so close to the beach and the pool. The house was comfortable and perfectly sized for our group of 5. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels - bath and beach - and the kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans and cooking utensils.

We loved the location. It couldn’t have been a better spot. The bedrooms were on the small side- hard to fit a packnplay for the baby in any of them. Loved the responsiveness of sandpiper. They were wonderful. The unit did have an ant problem in the kitchen.

Had a great trip. The house is perfect for a group. Loved the location (can walk to the square and the beach). Loved the third floor balcony to sit and watch the sunset, the beach, etc…

Amazing!

We loved this house so much! Seaside was beautiful, and our vacation was made even better by staying in Rena’s Smile. Everything was as described in the listing, if not better. The location is convenient to the beach and to the town center. Sunrises and sunsets from the tower are amazing! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

One of our favorites!

This was our third time to stay in this property, but our first time in 10 years. The house has a wonderful kitchen/living area, and one of the best rooftop decks in Seaside. We have made lots of wonderful memories in the house, and loved adding more. Our teenage boys loved being able to hop on the provided bikes and ride to town to get ice cream or a snack. We loved the easy walk to the beach and proximity to the West Side pool. We love Seaside, and this house did not disappoint.

August 2016 Stay

Our family of five stayed here for a week. Great location!! But we were disappointed with the condition of the home. The house seems very "beat up", and needs some TLC. The kitchen essentials were lacking, vacuum cleaner did not function properly, and some of the decking nails need to be addressed. Also, a staff member of Sandpiper entered the house unannounced, during our rental. Installing some sort of deadbolt system could help avoid this problem in the future. Overall enjoyed our vacation at Rema's smile. We love Seaside and will continue to return to this wonderful place by the Sea.

Loved the location of Rena smiles. The living area was comfortable. Bedrooms a touch small. Enjoyed all the decks and upper balcony. It worked well for our family of 5. Teen daughters enjoyed the layout and location.

Wonderful Week

What a great cottage! We were there September 15-22, 2014, and I can't think of anything about Rena's Smile that isn't as described. The rooftop deck is a great way to relax in the morning and late afternoon. The location is great - just a 5 minute walk from Central Square and a 3-4 minute walk to the Natchez Pavilion. I highly recommend this cottage!

Best location, views, and comfort!

We stayed at Rena's Smile and Golden Lady last winter and had a wonderful week! The combined houses slept 10 of us comfortably! The kitchen is beautiful as is the rest of the home. All furnishings are top quality and adorable. The agents were easy to work with and we had no problems. The location is amazing as well. A short walk to town and the beach is right at the end of the road! Easy for quick trips back to the house. We will be back and staying here! Enjoy!
