Brand new, custom built cottage, with adorable heated cocktail pool already has 5 star reviews!!! Located in the sweet area of Old Seagrove on a sandy road, this cottage is minutes away from the beach, Seaside and Watercolor. This charming 3 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage sleeps 8. Offering approximately 1300 square feet of comfortable living space - the large living room is perfect for movies and games. The modern kitchen and island, which seats 5-8, are ideal for fun family mealtimes and cocktails. The bedrooms have beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing decor - all are equipped with smart TVs. A large screened in back porch, with fun bed swing and eating area, overlooks the private, fenced back yard and entertaining cocktail pool - which can be heated in the winter months. Nature is abundant in the area, so don't be surprised to sea big squirrels, deer, bunnies, foxes and maybe a raccoon. A grill is provided for your outdoor cooking skills. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

This cottage is just 3 blocks from 30A and a short bike ride or walk to the beach, Seaside, and Watercolor. Local dining options are: Great Southern Kitchen, Bud and Alleys, Day Trader, Fish out of Water (FOOW), Wine World, as well as Black Bear Bakery and more. The Red Bar, GracePizza30A and Cafe30A are just a few miles away. Publix and Modica Market are close, so you can easily supply your kitchen needs.

Perfect location!

We had an amazing stay. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The small pool was perfect for our kids. We could walk to all the restaurants in seaside in 15 minutes and to the beach in the same amount of time. It was a 10/10 experience and I will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

Wonderful Time at Escape Plan 30B!!

We had the absolute best time at this property! It is beautifully appointed and was the perfect spot for our family of five. We enjoyed the cozy interior spots as well as the screened-in back porch and back deck. The cocktail pool was a great place to unwind after busy days. The location is ideal. We were tucked away from the busy hub of Seaside, but both the beach and town were an easy walk away. We definitely want to return to this gem!

Unbeatable!!!

Booked this property for a weekend getaway with a few friends. We were all so pleased!! The first thing I noticed was the impeccable cleanliness. Cyndi is very easy to reach, and provided so much helpful information during our short trip. The distance to the square is perfect. The house feels private, peaceful, and reserved, but it’s so easy to get anywhere. The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, and decor beautiful! Beach access was also incredibly easy which can be a feat in this area. Overall this is an unbeatable location, house, and price. Will be returning as soon as I can!

Home away from home

This property was exactly what we wanted. It was a great size for our group (4 adults), beautiful finishes, convenient location, and just all around lovely. Would most definitely recommend to others and will be planning a stay in the future!

30A perfect!

We came in town for the 30a Songwriters Festival. This was the perfect location for us. Not too far from all the great venues. All the amenities you could need. We especially loved the ability to relax in a nice hot tub at the end and beginning of our days! Definitely recommend!

Annual Beach Trip

Loved it! House has everything you need. This is our second time staying in a house with this host. We have stayed in both summer and winter. Both are great. Beautiful home

I wish we had spent more time here. We came for a wedding and were out of the house most of the time. I can’t wait to come back and actually get to enjoy the massive sofa swing on the back deck and take a swim in the pool.

Phenomenal!

My friends and I had such an amazing stay! The house was so clean, in a great neighborhood, and SO convenient to the beach and Publix and Seaside! Our hostess was a wonderful communicator and we had no issues at all. Would 10/10 recommend this house!

Amazing Family Beach Vacation Spot

Thank you, Escape Plan, for making our annual summer beach trip so memorable. The size and location of this house was perfect for us. Our kids so enjoyed the beach in the mornings, pool time at home in the afternoons, and golf carting around town in the evenings. We definitely plan to be back.

Perfect spot in Seaside

Sweet cottage

The house was very clean, wonderfully decorated, comfortable beds, fantastic water pressure, new updated furnishings, refreshing pool, nice screened in porch, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to beach and Seaside shops. The owners were helpful and responsive to our needs.

Wonderful stay!!!

Our family had an amazing time at this property!!! We had visited Santa Rosa before but this time was the best and most special!!! Location is great!!! House is beautiful!!! Walking distance to restaurants and shops, very close to Publix and really short distance from the most beautiful beach 🏝️ Property manager couldn’t be more responsive or sweet. House was extremely clean! I highly recommend this property!

Exceptional Cottage in Old Seagrove

We had a wonderful stay at this property and Cyndi was great to work with as well. The property's decor, furnishings and amenities were top shelf. We loved relaxing on the back screened in porch and thoroughly enjoyed hanging out around the cocktail pool area as well. The location was perfect as well, as it was close to everything but just far away from all the crowds. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely rent again if we get the opportunity.

New Cottage in Old Seagrove

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Can't say enough good things. Love the dirt roads of Old Seagrove and just a short stroll/bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. House style I'd describe as "Modern Cottage" because the house is loaded with so many cool, new, modern appliances and features like high countertops and huge porch swing. The small pool was great to soak in each day. Shower pressure is awesome. Clean. Roku Tvs in all rooms. Back porch was great to work on my laptop. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

This sweet home is our second cottage listed on VRBO. We had the opportunity to buy the lot during COVID and are so happy we did. We chose our facade and floor plan to match the older homes in the area and to look like it had always been there. I think we succeeded. We live in Atlanta and have found joy and fun hosting new renters and wonderful repeaters.
