This was a beautiful and charming place. You can tell that the host put in a lot of thought with the decor. There was ample space for sleeping and all the beds were comfortable. The location to the downtown was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and the host went above and beyond in her communication with us.

I did submit to you a bill to pay the cleaning expense of the plumber and the bill he left me there were toys and a lot of wipes that were pulled from the toilet. You are responsible for the payment of it and the damage that was done.

We had such a great stay. Julie was so friendly and kind and responsive. It was the best communication I've with any VRBO host. The house was cozy and comfortable and had a lot of character. The woodwork was beautiful and the back yard was lovely! It was so close to the downtown area with so many shops, restaurants, etc. They even had a street festival on front street the night we were there! I wish we could have stayed longer and we would definitely stay here again!!

You need to stay here. This is your sign! Fantastic location to walk downtown to shops, dinner, drinks, ice cream at Pav’s!!! Oh and this house is outstanding. I’ve never felt so at home and welcomed into this space. The energy is light and loving and cozy. Plenty of room to stretch and also take some time for yourself! Curl up with a book in the upstairs little room! Your host is the nicest person ever. Things were clean and quite perfect, to be honest. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed at ALL! Just stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is huge, with tons of rooms and plenty of space. I never felt like anything major was missing. There were fewer outlets upstairs than expected, but plenty throughout the rest of the house, so it wasn't a big issue.The location is fantastic—shopping, waterfalls, restaurants, and one of the coolest tiki bars I've ever been to are practically a block away. It was incredibly convenient and definitely one of my favorite things about the stay.I do have a few suggestions. The first thing that hit us when we opened the door was a strong cat smell. I don't know if someone has cats or if it was from a previous guest, but stronger plug-ins or diffusers might help.I slept in the basement, which was my own mistake because I'm a very light sleeper and could hear everyone upstairs in the morning. However, it was dark and cool, which was perfect with temperatures around 90.The strangest issue was finding grass and dirt particles throughout the sheets when I got into bed. The sheets didn't appear dirty, so I'm not sure how it happened, but there was enough that I had to remove and shake them out.The back porch also needs attention. I found at least five large spider webs and some very large spiders covering the ceiling. Nobody felt comfortable sitting out there, which was unfortunate because the porch could be a great feature.Overall, we did like the house. We only stayed one night and didn't have time to enjoy all the space.

Thank you so much for staying and providing me such wonderful feedback. When you opened up the door of the house, I am certain you were smelling the cleaning solution. All the woodwork on the first floor was completely professionally done. The product that is used is Lestoil. It’s been around forever. It is mixed with water. I am sure the scent just hadn’t anticipated before you arrived. For those little spiders outside, the back porch is t This time of the year every other day, they are spinning little webs. I will keep a close eye on it for other guest, not to have to feel this way. Thelinens were cleaned. I’m not sure why little grass particle was on your bed unless it got washed and then dried and was stuck on the sheet I truly value the guest and feedback. May you and your family be blessed. Just what we was looking for. Pictures were accurate. They had everything you needed and more. Close to downtown and not far to Blossom Music center. Communication was excellent and we was able to get into house early. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love having the ability to share such magical place that I have had called home for so many years. The love and kindness and blessings that are bestowed upon each room awaiting just for you
I I used to be in the hospitality industry, so I know exactly all the extras that could be done to make your stay amazing.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is an absolutely wonderful neighborhood. Everyone is very private and takes really good care of their yards and homes. I’m on a corner lot and if you walk two blocks away from the house, you were right on the riverfront.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There are beautiful trees that completely surround the house. It’s at 1920s arts and craft home and has all the special details of an old house. Beautiful woodwork everywhere.

The backyard has a large patio area and sunlight does warm the backyard half the day. There’s thousands of beautiful lights & flowers to enjoy.

The house is so close to everything and it just has a warm cozy feeling. Whether you’re getting away for a man getaway or a trip out of town for work, the treehouse will definitely make you feel warm and welcomed.
