Just a short 10-minute drive from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach and its charming village, this stylish residence offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Florida charm. Inside, the home features tasteful décor and original terrazzo flooring throughout the bedrooms and living spaces, creating a cool and inviting atmosphere ideal for Florida’s warmer months.

The spacious primary suite includes direct access to the pool area through patio doors, while all bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated and equipped with ample storage, ensuring a restful stay. The modern, fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, and a range of small appliances including a coffee maker, electric kettle, smoothie maker, microwave, and toaster. The property was spotless and very well stocked with everything we could have wanted. Private pool area and lanai was great for relaxing after a long day of adventure. Excellent location-close to everything including the beach! Loved the pool with the side entrances so sand didn’t have to be tracked indoors. Property was clean-only issue was ants on the bathroom and bedroom door frames. We enjoyed our stay :)

We totally enjoyed our stay. Loved having the private pool to relax by. Very quiet neighborhood. Added feature we didn’t expected were to hear the many birds, watch the turtles sun bathe and the antics of the tiny lawn lizards!

I love the house as it is less than 15 min drive from everywhere you want to visit, Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, bars and restaurants all n Gulf Gate, Lakewood Ranch. Everything is so close.

What makes this property unique

I think the house reflects our personality, it’s colorful and fun, but also cosy and homely and I think the moment you walk in, you just want to kick back and relax, however I think the best part of the house is the outdoor area, it’s so quiet and private out there, but with the bar and outdoor seating, you don’t want to go out as it’s more fun to stay home
