This was a great experience and great house. The hosts are easy to work with and provided a perfect experience. The pool is very nice. The house has nice facilities with plenty of tv’s. It is also very private which I prefer. Highly recommend.

We loved renting this home! It’s SO private, you will not see or hear any neighbors while in pool area. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. The owners are so kind and accessible. It was also a great layout and size for a family of four with teenage daughters. Would highly recommend! It’s a quick uber or drive to siesta key beach and downtown area.

The house was exactly as described and the location was great. Easy drive to Siesta Key Beach or downtown Sarasota. Nick and Anita were great at communicating. We look forward to a future stay.

House was pristine clean and pool was ready to entertain our two boys who were already worn it from daily activities. More than that, host was friendly, responsive. We had to check-in late at night around midnight but the host was available to answer questions and help us to settle. Willing to stay again in the future

Baby moon getaway

I needed a quick get away locally and the hosts we so responsive and the process was seamless. The property is beautiful and secluded- just what i needed. Would definitely stay again!

Host was quick to respond. Home was clean with very comfortable sitting in living area with large screen tv. Very open main area with bedrooms on each side. Kitchen sink overlooked the pool area outside, which was nice..Beautiful trees and flowering shrubbery all around the home.

Anita and Nick were exceptional hosts. Not only were they quickly responsive to several questions we had during our stay, they went totally out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and fully able to enjoy our vacation. We have stayed in numerous properties over the years and I mean it when i say these folks are exceptional. 10/10 will book again.

Spring Break 2025

The house was perfect for our stay and the heated pool was an added bonus. Location to the beach was an easy short drive each day. The house had everything we needed. We highly recommend and will be back!!

Great property minutes from siesta key beach

What a beautiful and clean house. 5 minutes form the beaches and several restaurants and plenty of space for the family. Definitely recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! Nick and Anita communicate right away and go above and beyond with getting right back with you. Their home is beautiful and has everything you need. It was very clean, roomy, modern and up to date. We enjoyed hanging outside by the pool, watching the Olympics on the outdoor tv and making s'mores. We were able to go to the beach with beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon supplied by the hosts. Their home is near everything and a short drive to the beaches and the baseball park to take in a spring training game. It was perfect!

Has *everything* you'd need and beautiful private landscaping surrounding the backyard. They even had a little owl. We had trouble with the dishwasher and they came immediately to fix it. Had a wonderful time!

Babymoon

We booked this beautiful home for our joint Babymoon trip. The house is very spacious and clean. The pool and outdoor space is perfect. The home is located within 10 minutes of local shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.
