• 🚭 No Smoking: Non-smoking property, including the balcony. Smoking incurs a 2,500 AED fine.
• 📑 Passport for Check-In: Each guest must provide a passport copy before check-in per Dubai regulations.
• 🚪 Access: Enter apartment using the passcode provided before your arrival.
• 🔑 Access Card & Parking Card: Before you check out, please return the cards to the brass hook where you found them. Replacement fee if lost: 1000 AED.
• ⏰ Check-Out by 11:00 AM: Late checkout beyond that, a full rate of 1200 AED applies.
• 🌬️ Air Quality Monitor: Wynd device must stay on. Turning it off will alert security and the host.
• 👫 No Parties/Unregistered Guests: Only booked guests may stay; no parties allowed.
• 💡 Damages: Report any damages. Guests are responsible, but early reporting helps all parties.
• 🧹 Check-Out Cleaning: Dispose of excess garbage in the Garbage Room. We handle the rest.
• 💧 Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights/TV and keep windows closed with A/C on.
• 🛡️ Safety: First aid kit, fire extinguishers, and emergency exits are available.
• 🧹 In-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for 170 AED.
• 🤝 Goodwill Agreement: By booking, you agree to act responsibly.
