About Nicole and Alex Head
We are a small family living on the front range of Colorado and just love our new place in Winter Park. We love it so much, we thought we should share!

Why Nicole and Alex Head chose Winter Park
Very well located, within 5 minutes walk to several restaurants and bars and 10 minutes to everything downtown Winter Park has to offer. Ground level makes it nice (no need to haul luggage, groceries, skis, bikes up the stairs).
What makes this Condo unique
Ski closet out front and for the summer months, there is storage for up to 8 bikes, and an owner's closet full of fun games (corn hole, etc...) With over 600 miles of singletrack in the Fraser Valley, this condo is designed to enhance your year-round recreational pursuits.

Fab holiday 2018
A fantastic well equipped condo and lovely family feel, with lots of space and comfortable beds. Bus stop right outside the door so great access to the slopes. Our family really enjoyed the pool and watching the wildlife. Easy and straight forward dealing with the owners who were very helpful. Would love to stay again!
Perfect condo for 2 families
We had 4 adults and 4 kids between 10 and 18. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean, everything was updated, with bright and comfortable rooms. The wifi worked great for the kids watching netflix or doing homework. We enjoyed having the bluetooth speaker to play tunes while we played games. The location was great. It was nice being able to walk outside to catch the bus to the slopes. We skied 4 days while we were there. The rec center was a quick walk. The hot tubs were hot and the pool was warm. It is a great facility. The only issue we had was that the noise from the condo above us was noticeable. They were not loud, but we could hear every footstep, toilet flush and shower. This would not keep us from staying at this condo again. It was amazing.
Had a very nice stay in a very well stocked unit. Location could not have been better. We did not ski, but shuttle to lifts picks up literally right outside the door. Pool facility was very nice. Could not have been happier.
Clean, Convenient, and Well Equipped
Good location and a well maintained condominium. It can get noisy though with residents above. The unit is better insulated for weather than noise. Owners are super helpful and the unit is very well outfitted. My only reservation was the noise (music, footsteps, voices) overhead which necessitated a white noise unit for the boys to get to sleep.
Clean, Convenient & Spacious
Just returned from a 2 day ski trip with 6 adults. Condo was perfect for our needs and would also be perfect for a summer trip as well. Everything was as expected and the condo felt larger than I had anticipated. Would definitely stay again.
Another great trip to Winter Park
This is the second year in a row we've stayed at this condo and it worked out GREAT. Nicely stocked, great layout for two families, and the pool and hot tub area are AWESOME. Will definitely go again.
Trailhead to miles of trails is literally out the back door. Across from the Fraser River and Fraser River Trail, Winter Park Shuttle picks up right outside, and walking distance to everything you need in downtown Winter Park, including restaurants, bars, movie theater, bowling, and endless miles of trails. NEW, BEAUTIFUL POOL/HOT TUB BUILDING NOW OPEN!
