This newly constructed guest house, completed in 2019, is located in the desirable Smith Hollow neighborhood of Edgartown.
Designed with vacation rentals in mind, this guesthouse offers a private yard with landscape screening and ample parking.


The space
Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with comfortable seating, perfect for gathering with friends and family while preparing meals. The dining area accommodates six, and the cozy living room includes a sofa bed for additional guests.
Upstairs, the second floor features two bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed, with a single on top and a full on the bottom, allowing three guests to share the space comfortably. Both bedrooms share a full bath.
The homeowner is open to accommodating one pet per stay; please inquire for details.
