Property was great - well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Big Canoe while waiting to close on a new house. The directions for check-in should include the unit number, not just the building number. That was a little confusing but otherwise the place is very nice for a stay in Big Canoe.

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled you had a comfortable stay with us during such an exciting time. Your feedback about the check-in directions is really helpful—we appreciate you pointing that out. We'll definitely update our instructions to include the unit number prominently to make arrivals smoother for future guests. We'd love to have you back if you're ever in Big Canoe again. Congratulations on closing on your new home!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was perfect for a romantic weekend for two. It was clean and well stocked. The setting and little village it resides in was so beautiful. It was better than we had ever hoped for.

Parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Kitchen area was warm as the a/c from the living room didn’t circulate that far. Otherwise, it was a clean, comfortable condo and located close to the main entrance and the clubhouse.

We appreciate you noting the parking and kitchen temperature concerns—these are helpful details. We'll pass along the AC circulation issue to our maintenance team to explore solutions. We'd love to welcome you back!

Jasper GA

Absolutely beautiful resort. We arrived about 30 mins early and met Melissa (property manager). She was very gracious and let us check in early. The unit was perfect for us and tastefully decorated. Everything felt new, clean and homey. Sitting out on the porch listening to the waterfall was very serene no matter what time of day. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the Jasper area.
