Summary:

Your next getaway is a trip to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! The complex is oceanfront and in a highly desirable area! You will enjoy being steps away from the ocean AND just a short drive away from shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway!



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Elevator available - 9th floor. Great view! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to large ocean view balcony. Sleeper sofa.



Bedroom: Two queen beds.



Bathroom 1: Tub/shower combo.



Balcony: Spacious! Overlooks our gorgeous coastline!



Amenities: See photos!



Beach: Directly beachfront!



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet).

Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets allowed.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Monday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
