Beautiful, 2-bedroom, recently remodeled condo at North Beach Resort on the 7th floor. Once you enter through the entryway, your oasis awaits! Equipped with full-sized appliances, including a washer/dryer in the condo. Each bedroom has LCD TVs. Full-sized kitchen with dining room table, and a spacious couch that the family can enjoy! The dining room has enough seating for the whole family! In the living room, you will see an amazing view of the ocean. The main bedroom also has great views of the ocean and its private bathtub! Smart TVs throughout this condo and recently remodeled with new flooring and decor make this condo unique! Amazing ocean views from the balcony are the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. There are a total of two queen beds, one king bed and a sleeper sofa. This condo sleeps up to 8! Enjoy an array of amazing onsite amenities including in/outdoor pools, kiddie pools, lazy river, hot tubs, and fitness room.

Conveniently located and within steps of the beach. 16 miles to the airport, less than 1 mile from the Barefoot Landing shopping center, and 2 miles from Barefoot Landing golf courses! Minutes away from many other restaurants and attractions! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

This beachfront condo features 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, Sleeper Sofa, two bathrooms, full-sized appliances, kitchen table. This beachfront condo sleeps 8. Enjoy the sunrise on your private direct oceanfront balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Balcony Ceiling Painting to begin January 13, 2026
- MOTORCYCLES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE RESORT
- There’s ongoing renovation work at the Indigo building. Some areas, including the three outdoor pools in front of Indigo, are temporarily closed until spring. Beach and pool access routes may change at times, but signs and staff will help guide you. Everything else in the resort remains open for your enjoyment!
- We ask that you please use the indoor pool entrance to get to the beach access.
-GUESTS OF THE WEST SIDE ARE NOT ABLE TO PARK IN THE TOWER PARKING LOTS FROM MEMORIAL DAY TO AFTER LABOR DAY WEEKEND. THEY MUST WALK OR USE THE SHUTTLE.

Notice: Balcony waterproofing work will occur mid-January 2026. Balconies will be temporarily inaccessible, furniture moved inside, and Pool 1 (lap pool) will be closed starting Jan. 15. Dates are subject to change.

The unit was as pictured, but I'll never stay at a BIG FISH again! The floors were filthy! After a tub, the kids had black feet within an hour of just walking around the unit. The tile floors are dark, so it isn't obvious how filthy the unit was when we arrived. I sent pictures to the corporate text message service, and they offered to send a cleaning crew over. This was 8pm at night- VERY inconvenient given our young children. Also - the dishes are DIRTY. You can see they were never scrubbed but run through the dishwasher so there is caked on dried food. Finally, there isn't an extra blanket, sheet, or pillow in the unit. They boast a pull out sofa - that is covered in a FILTHY mattress cover and they don't provide any sheets or bedding for the couch. It was not usable. The check-in process is the worst one I have ever experienced. They bombard you with text messages, at least 8 of them trying to sell you on early check-in or late check-out. It is beyond obnoxious. Then they have the NERVE to demand guests remove all of their own trash, wash every dish and leave the unit clean. They threaten you with additional cleaning charges unless you do all of the work for them. Honestly, why am I paying a cleaning fee?! There isn't a single paper towel in the unit. We literally used toilet paper with our take out pizzas. The "complimentary" shampoo was filled with water. Yep. They clearly ran out of the microscopic bottles, so the cleaner filled with water.

Get communication throughout our stay. Condo was very nice, clean and had great views. Very close to Barefoot Landing and the Barefoot Resort Golf courses.

Three of us came to enjoy a friends’ getaway, and we enjoyed the condo. It was clean and decorated nice, everything we needed was provided. It was close to Barefoot Landing and several other amenities. Everything we wanted to access was a short and easy drive. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again.

The resort is great. Beautiful. Expansive.pools, outdoor bars and lunch by the pool options. There is a cafe on site with a European pizza oven. The pizzas are amazing if you would like a quick lunch. Very unexpected. This condo is managed by a rental.company. Actual condo was nicer than the pictures. There is something for everyone at this property for all age groups. It takes a little while to figure out where everything is around the property but once acclimated you can get in a groove.

Check in email confusing. No information regarding accessing the property if leaving/arriving after 7 pm. Parking garage not convenient for oversized vehicles and wasn’t advised of extra parking lot to accommodate large vehicles (stumbled across the lot on day 2 of trip).

We stayed in the towers of North Beach. It was very clean. Julie was able to get in contact with even though we didn’t have an issue. I was concerned after booking about people stating they are scammers and charge excessive fees but they are not and they did not. Their office is located 5 miles from this hotel and they alway respond. As long as you do their checklist while checking out and follow the instructions you won’t have a problem. Julie sends plenty of reminders to make sure you don’t forget which I liked. You will not have any issues. We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel. No complaints. We did get our full security back so if you didn’t you had to either make a mess, took something, or lost one of their keys.
