Amazing 8 Br house with inground pool.

Cape Myrtle has a large beautiful yard, professionally landscaped with grand palms, a high private fence, outdoor seating, dining area, large pool w/ lounge chairs and 2 grills (charcoal & propane). There are front and rear decks and a large paved area around the pool for sunbathing. The pool is 10,000 gallons and ranges from 3ft-5ft in depth. Sorry POOL CANNOT BE HEATED.

Plenty of parking and motorcycles/trailers are allowed. Parking capacity varies based on size of vehicles or additional trailers, but generally, 6-8 cars would fit along the driveway/grass side of the house. It's just 3-4 blocks to the beach, from the sidewalk directly out of the front door, but also a great option to rent a local golf-cart and enjoy cruising the kids or grandparents to the dunes, or around the neighborhood to the local park.

This 5000 square foot home has duplicate features on each floor w/ an interior stairway joining the two floors. The stairway can be locked if preferred to break up the space. The downstairs has 4 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms (1 King, 2 Doubles, 2 Doubles, and 1 Queen). The upstairs also has 4 Bedroom and 2 bathrooms (2 Doubles, 2 Doubles, 2 Doubles, and 1 Queen)

Bed and bath linens are included with your reservation, beds will be freshly made upon arrival, kitchen and bathrooms will be supplied with paper products and hotel size soaps. Just enough supplies to give you a break from dashing to the local store after your first long day of traveling.

The interior offers 2 fully-equipped kitchens, making meals a great family experience. Each level provides an open space of living / dining / family gathering areas, with eat-in kitchens (dining tables and counter-top bar seating for all), full size appliances, 2 laundry rooms w/ washer/dryer, foosball, WiFi and cable. Just steps out the front door and down the sidewalk, the beach is an easy 3-4 block walk to a nice public access, with showers, parking, bathrooms, wash stations, and handicap ramp access. Cape Myrtle is a wonderful private oasis with everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable and memorable stay.
