First time being offered for rent. Just completed a five month gut renovation. All new floors, kitchen, baths & furnishings. Beautiful artwork. Complex is on the ocean w/2 oceanfront pools as well as a third pool & private beach.24 hour gated security w/parking. Furnished balcony with couch, table & chairs w/ water view. Both bedrooms have king-size beds & en-suite renovated bathrooms. 11 Ft ceilings. New side-by-side washer/dryer in unit. An outstanding value for this luxury accommodation.

I’ve been coming to St. Martin for 25 years and have stayed in many rentals. In 2025 I decided to buy my own place. Renovating it and Decorating it has been a labor of love. Hopefully you will enjoy my home as much as I do.

I love having a place with a private beach and pools overlooking the ocean. I feel very safe with 24 hour gated in person security and plenty of parking. Walking distance to the market, restaurant, beach clubs at Mullet Beach and the Starz Casino
