For IMG Academy families & teams



IMG Academy hosts 30+ sports events annually — tennis, soccer, baseball, football, basketball, golf, and more — drawing families and teams from across the country. When your athlete is competing, you want to be close, comfortable, and not paying hotel rates for a group of 8–10.



This home puts you steps from the facility, with:

The outdoor space



The private heated pool is the centerpiece — guests swim morning, noon, and night. String lights, a BBQ grill, and fire pit make evenings outside the best part of the day. Fully fenced for privacy and pet safety.



Game room



Pac-Man full-size arcade, pool table, and board games. This space gets used every single stay — rainy afternoons, post-competition downtime, late evenings when everyone's too tired to go out but not tired enough to sleep.



Sleeping arrangements



• 2 King suites — each with private or en-suite bath

• 2 Queen bedrooms

• Bunk bed with trundle — great for kids or additional guests

• Sleeps up to 10 comfortably



Kitchen & dining



Fully equipped for real cooking — stainless appliances, ample counter space, full cookware set. Everything you need for team breakfasts, family dinners, or meal prep between games. Large dining table fits the whole group.



Beach days — everything included



The Gulf Coast's best beaches are a short drive away — Coquina Beach (5 mi), Cortez Beach (6 mi), Manatee Public Beach (8 mi), and Anna Maria Island (7 mi). We provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels so you can go straight from the car to the sand — no hauling gear from home.



Pet friendly



Your dogs are welcome. The partially fenced backyard gives them room to roam safely.
