Not a good experience at all. Room was ok and A/C was cold. Pool was very nice and good size for all the people. When we arrived we had one daughter coming from North Carolina, one daughter from Louisiana, and us. But we were told we could only have 2 parking passes because we only rented a 2 bedroom. But we had 3 sleeping areas. One king bed. One Queen bed and another separate room with twin bunk beds and 3 bathrooms. We had to park one vehicle off premises. Not a good start to our vacation. The Owner was very hard to get ahold of before we left home. Tried to get in touch but kept getting numbers to Homeaway and Red Awning and got the runaround from them. Now the “BIGGIE”. The elevators were horrible. Only four elevators on our end of complex. 3 out of 4 did not work and they got one running but was told fire department shut it down. Either way one elevator for everyone on the middle and east end. One of the elevators kept getting stuck as door closed. If not for a maintenance man being on board with us first time it got stuck we would have been there for who knows how long. He showed us how to hit door to make elevator start running. It got stuck on me at least 2 or 3 more times. We then tried to call the emergency call button in elevator and it was ringing but no one answered. Never did answer call but we got elevator moving finally. Weight capacity of elevators are a joke. It says there is a weight limit but how do you tell mad people waiting on an elevator that we are at our weight limit. Need to have person limit that way no one is offended.
We are sorry about the parking issues and our property manager being difficult to reach, we will most certainly follow up with this on this, as well as our own communication issues, and the elevator.
