The screened porch can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom, providing a great place to gather with your friends and start planning tomorrow's adventures. Grab your towel, sunscreen, and put on your best swimming suit before heading to the community pool for a good, refreshing swim.

The heart of Folly Beach is one mile away where you can find plenty of shops, bars, and great local restaurants such as Snapper Jacks, Taco Boy, The Crab Shack, and more. Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. If you wish to explore the waters near Charleston and Folly Beach, book a tour at Reel Time Charters. Folly River Park (0.8 miles) is a relaxed and laidback area of the town that offers a peaceful atmosphere. Here you can take in the views of the marsh and the river, sit down and have a memorable picnic and play.

Great Location

The place was just as described. So relaxing! Loved the screen deck. Close to beach and restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place.

Quick Beach Getaway

Our family wanted a quick weekend beach getaway. The location was perfect. We were very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We were able to get some quiet down time in the screened in porch. Perfect for our family!!

Folly Beach Confo

Easy communication with Vacasa/VRBO. The layout was perfect for our group of four. Loved the screened in porch in the back. Kitchen was well-equipped with cutlery, plates, cups, etc. A wonderful place to stay.

The house was great! We all had a great time and you can’t beat the location. It’s a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to central street.

Cooper River Bridge Run

5 women stayed for the weekend. Property was very clean, good location and views were amazing. Just one mile over the bridge to town of Folly. Only suggestions I have is to nave an extra set of sheets and LED bulbs in lamps and ceiling fans.

Worked Well

Was convenient. Great having 3 bedrooms each with a bath. Overall the only comment I would have is that the condo could use a sprucing up.

It was good

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and well kept. Had some minor issues with lights that wouldnt work ( we figured out they were either unplugged or the light bulbs needed to be tightened) also found the shower door in the master bath to be fragile. The location was great. Close to the beach and the pier and several good restaurants in walking distance. Liked to never figured out where we were supposed to park. That could have been explained a little better. I would definitely stay yhere again.

50 Trips Around the Sun

The property is easy to locate. Getting out of the parking lot in the opposite direction of the beach is challenging with the incoming traffic. It’s an easy walk to town, but about a $45 Uber into Charlestown proper. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened-in balcony & watching the tide come in & go out.

View and location are great. TVs had low quality picture. Bugs required spraying. Furniture and decor is a bit tired.

Great Condo in Folly

We stayed for two nights Nov 5-6, 2021. It was no frills, but met our needs adequately. Cleanliness was sub par, as the white bathroom grout was black, and the floors and countertops needed a few repairs. Overall, I was expecting something special since I did mention that it was a birthday trip. We didn’t even have a trash can in the kitchen. I should rate it a three, but honestly, we were comfortable and it was quiet.

Debby Storm Flooding and who the heck is vacasa?

I booked VRBO but got the run around by vacasa. We had to evacuate due to Debby and could only stay 1 night out of the three I paid for. Apparently, I get no money back. VRBO, if I had wanted to book through vacasa, I would have gone with them. Everyone I spoke to during the huge flooding/evacuation said vacasa was HORRIBLE to work with. I can no longer trust VRBO.

Great place and an ideal location

The condo was spacious and in an ideal location. My travel partner and I loved how large the place was. The 3 bedroom layout is suitable for two couples and a few kids. The balcony overlooks an inlet, where we enjoyed seeing egrets fishing and the tide come in and out. The location is perfect- It's just before the bridge leading to Folly Island. This puts it within a half-mile (easy waking distance) to the beach but far enough away to not be kept up by the late night partiers. Be aware that this unit is managed by Vacasa- another VRBO-like business. Parking passes are required and must be picked up at the Vacasa offices about one mile away. The need for parking passes was not clear on the VRBO check-in info, as it was emailed to me be Vacasa. Outside of some minor maintenance issues this is a great place and a wonderful place to stay. We'll be back the next time we head to Folly Island.

Condo furniture was wore out sofa sunk down, dining chairs wobbly and unsafe to sit on. Flooring was wore out. Carpet in bedroom was stained. Bed covers were old and pilled. General appearance of nothing updated. Kitchen was poorly stocked to cook a meal. Liked the covered parking. Check in was horrible. 4 phone calls and an hour after check in time they finally gave us the correct code for the door to work. Mouse droppings all through the kitchen. wonderful cleaning ladies came and cleaned everything. Someone was supposed to come to treat for them and noone did. Left a day early. The beach at Folly is full of shells and not taken care of at all. The tvs in the bedroom were very small. Noticed items in pics were not at the unit.
