Nice condo in a great location. The only negative aspect of this condo is the fact that it is not on the top floor. There is a significant amount of noise from regular foot traffic that resonates from upstairs. This didn't bother us but I'm sure it could aggravate other guests. We prefer the atmosphere at Seabrook over Kiawah. Seabrook Island is a wonderful place.

Space was very clean, very neat. And well stocked. The only issues we had was that the door lock is finicky. This location is in a 'gated community', and I wasn't totally expecting that, but it all worked out.

Nice Place - Upstairs Noise A Problem

The condo is just as pictured,; Clean and nice (with the exception of the dead roach on the master bedroom floor). The king size bed is very comfortable. However, a family of two adults and two small children occupied the unit above me and there was constant thumping around from early morning to late night. I could hear showers running, toilets flushing, conversations, etc. There is absolutely no sound insulation in the units.

Great experience except one issue

The whole experience was great. The place was just like the pictures. It was a beautiful location. Unfortunately we had one issue. My husband made the bed Saturday morning, and the top sheet had blood on it, down the side that was up against the wall. I will say I did text the customer service, and they got right back to me. They said they would send someone over, but we were going out for the day. They asked how they could help, and I requested that they send another sheet out for us, which they did. So the service was great. We would definitely come back, and stay here again !

Very nice property

The condo was pristine. It was stocked with everything you might need for a short stay: dish detergent, paper towels, shampoo, soap, TP. The kitchen/dining/living area was open and easy to work in and enjoy. When we arrived, outside the door to the condo was messy - it looked like something had been spilled. I notified Vacasa but they left it to me me to clean myself. Also, the diverter in the shower was broken. The property manager sent someone to check on it but we never heard from them again and it wasn't fixed when we left. I think the condo is great - issues were with Vacasa/management. They sent all the standard messages but didn't come through with communication when there were unexpected issues.

I never spoke directly to the host. All communications were via email. The place was clean and there were lots of community amenities. However, if you wanted to sightsee the drive to see anything was 45 minutes to an hour drive, including to the airport.
