Boasting a beachfront location with central access to nearby shops and eateries, this little slice of paradise is the perfect spot to slip into carefree coastal living. During your stay, be sure to take advantage of all of Dunsecape Villas' wonderful amenity offerings. Take a dip in the shared pool or enjoy an afternoon of fishing on the shared dock, which has ample seating, and a cleaning sink. Multiple hoses are conveniently located under the parking areas, perfect for rinsing off cars, fishing rods, and surfboards. For some off-site fun, check out Game On Escape Rooms, the North Carolina Aquarium At Pine Knoll Shores, or the Lost Treasure Golf & Raceway.

The inviting interior showcases playful pops of coastal color and comes equipped with all the modern comforts of home. Everything was Great!

Great location, great view, great room, great stay. Been coming to Atlantic Beach for many years and we have stayed in many different locations. This is by far the best for our family. Has everything you need and in a great location to access everything else.

Everything as advertised. Did not disappoint. Would definitely stay there again! Especially since we found out that you can actually open the “Fire Door-Keep Closed” door to find your condo.

Our trip unfortunately started on a bad note when we found a dead cockroach in the master bedroom, not exactly the welcome we were hoping for. The couch was visibly worn and didn’t appear very clean, which made it uncomfortable to use. In the bathroom, the shower grab bar was nearly pulling out of the wall; thankfully no one needed to rely on it, because it seemed like it could have come loose completely.The pool was another disappointment, it was freezing and not very clean. To make matters worse, we ended up getting locked inside the pool area. When we contacted the host, the response felt dismissive and rude, telling us to “go out of the gate and follow the walkway,” even though there were coded locks on both sides.Overall, the stay was just okay, but there are definitely areas that need attention. One suggestion would be to provide beach chairs, as many travelers don’t have the space to bring their own and it would make the experience much more convenient.

2nd time staying

2nd time staying in this room and we plan on coming back. Only issue with the stay was the elevator was out of order for the week. However, this had nothing to do with the rental so it is still deserving of 5 stars. Everything was great and we plan on renting again.

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the proximity to grocery shopping and other stores. Pool and beach access was wonderful. Peaceful and quiet area and we will be back!!

Beautiful place at the beach

We enjoyed the 3 bedrooms and views of the beach were amazing. Fresh paint and new furniture made it very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved how it easy it was to get in and out with the grocery carts and parking was never an issue. Can’t wait to come back in the future !

My sister and I surprised our mom with this trip. We decided last minute to change from a hotel to a condo and this was a perfect spot. Easy access to the beach and pool, easy loading/unloading zone, and equipped kitchen. The condo features beautiful views of the ocean and we would stay again!

Beautiful view

The condo had everything we needed for a week stay. Some updates are needed in the bathrooms with showers and use of the washer and dryer would have been nice. The kitchen has updated somewhat. Overall a nice week at the beach.

We have stayed in this condo for the last three years. Nice view, comfortable furniture and usually easy access. This year the elevator was not in service for four days! Difficult for this old lady to get to beach and pool. Otherwise a relaxing stay.

Great Get-a-way!

Perfect condo if you love having a beach view. The breeze from ocean felt awesome, we kept our sliding glass doors open the whole time. Our living room deck was screened in, Master bedroom where I slept had a deck also so I used screen door and fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean. Condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, especially loved the 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. We didn't want to leave, but we made great memories and can't wait to go back. Mom & her two adult daughters.
