The home was clean and had all the comfort we needed for our extended weekend stay. Only thing I would add is a tv for the bedrooms, not definitely not a deal breaker! Quiet and peaceful, easy access to the beach and pier. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

Fun Summer Vacation at North Topsail Beach, NC

Our condo was just the right size for the two of us and so cute and decorated perfectly for the beach!!! It was so clean, quiet, and private. We loved that we could park our car under a cover. Topsail Villas is a great place to stay!

This is a perfect beach getaway. Properly a beautifully furnished and very clean. We come to topsail every year and stay at the villas. This one did not disappoint and will be on the list to come back!

Great Home, will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this property! The house has everything you need, and it's great location to the pier and steps away from the ocean makes it even better! Only complaint was the sofa bed was terrible, all other beds were great! Friendly and very helpful interaction with staff at check in and check out! I highly recommend!!! Can't wait until our next stay here!!

Nice place. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking food. The beach was beautiful and clean. Grocery store was close. Air worked great. Washer and dryer worked well!

July Beach Rental

No email came from VRBO about check in. I had to call to get the key code from a service center. We love this condo and stay yearly. looks like the cleaning staff is not as diligent this year. A cooler with rotting fish was left behind from last guests.

May beach getaway

Thank you for opening your house to us and allowing us to stay. We had a pleasant stay overall. The beach access is nice and the proximity to the pier was a bonus for us. A few things to note.Trash pickup on Saturday didn't occur, thought you would like to know as it was noted Saturday pickups started in May. (Not just for us they didn't pickup at the villas at all)The bed in the upstairs room the mattress has a dip in it i guess. We kept rolling into the middle of the bed. Wasnt horrible but wanted to make you aware. We did spend time in the bottom patio, which was nice as it provided some shade but noticed that villa 9 is keeping their trash bens on villa 8s side of the patio which caused us to have to sit more in the carport than the actual patio area. We did have a wonderful stay. Thank you A few things to note

It was okay…

Came here with my husband and two small kids (age 3 & 5), the neighbors are not very small children friendly. My kids were playing with the seashells in the driveway. The woman next door came and informed me she saw them on her cameras and came home specifically to run my kids off. Other than that, the home was clean but showers could use some attention. Downstairs shower head is covered in limescale and doesn’t work very well, upstairs drain could use a replacing.
