This property and location was exactly what we had hoped for. We had some minor issues with television connectivity in some of the bedrooms but honestly we came for the ocean views which did not disappoint! Everything was exactly as expected and we will definitely consider this location for future vacations.

Awesome spot on topsail! The host was great and the property managers were quick to respond. We lost power due to a thunderstorm one night and they came around to make sure we were all good. Loved waking up to an ocean view and the direct beach access was so convenient especially with the kiddos. The beach was never crowded and it’s not a far drive to any ice cream or stores if you need to grab something quick. Would definitely book again!

Our stay was wonderful. It was my niece and her two sons first time at the beach. Renew made a great impression. We didn't use the hottub but the pool was well used. I myself appreciated the more then roomier elevator. We all had a great time.
